Most helpful is the ease of use and the ability to upload our pictures to create content relevant to our business and needs. We have not found another company that makes it easier for us to connect with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downside... it's hard to say. Quality pictures cost. Preloaded beach/tropical content would be helpful. Another suggestion would be to have preloaded content designed with hotel/resorts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is inexpensive - but the low cost comes with a lot of negatives.

Can't use custom HTML emails in marketing automation sequences
Automation sequences lack basic segmentation and split rule functionality (ex you can only split automations based on email clicks / sms clicks. No functionality for opens, no ability to reference contact fields).
Drag and drop builder customization is limited - no custom fonts.
