inconsistent customer service/support that does not care to solve your problem. Their only job - the ONLY thing I'm paying them for - is to send automated emails to my subscribers. They constantly say "we're working on it, give us four business hours" and then nobody calls back, and when I do get ahold of someone it's as though i'm describing the problem anew. it is crazy making and a huge waste of time. There are a lot of features that I can't do on a basic level that frustrate me. For example, the ability to customize poll design, embed video and more design customization aspects of email templates are pretty limited. That every time you have to upload photos, it's a bit of a process. It would be easier for constant contact to sync with your photos folders and insert photos form there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I have used CC for years, when I do have a question, I can call, chat, or email. I prefer to call, so I can get an answer ASAP, and the folks answering the phone are 1000% knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really resent having so few inbox previews to use. Often, I am stuck not having enough, or having to decide if a campaign is worth using the previews I have left. Previews are very important to me because no matter how many steps I take to ensure it doesn't happen, things show up wonky on Apple devices, and a preview is the only way to catch when issues sneak through. Constant Contact allows me to target various audiences with specific messaging. I have more than 2500 email addresses broken into more than 20 different targets, but I can also combine a couple of lists when I need to that, too. Recently, I did an event that required an RSVP tracking and I combined Constant Contact with EventBrite to provide both changeable messaging leading up to the event as well as keeping tabs on those registering - a good one-two punch. I don't like when I want to resend the same message or alter it sightly that I have to change its title. It's also difficult to re-subscribe the unsubscribes who either do it inadvertently or because corporate filters automatically unsubscribe bulk sends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
