Aesthetic, intuitive, easy to use and set up contacts and emails.

When I go to send an email, the screen lags a bit and shows only the calendar. It's a bit scary haha I don't want my email to seem like it sent already for a split second. Deleting sections and layouts wasn't as intuitive off the bat.

**What do you like best about Constant Contact?**

I like using Constant Contact for our email campaigns and automations. The easy simplified builder is what I like the most. It's really easy to drag and drop images and move layouts around, which is helpful because I'm not a designer but still need to create good-looking campaigns for our business. The initial setup was easy as well, and this makes managing campaigns straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

Sometimes the UX feels hard to see when a campaign is scheduled or not.

Constant Contact helps us keep all contacts in one place, add and remove contacts, and create simple campaigns.

It makes creating, scheduling, and managing email marketing campaigns incredibly simple and I like that I can integrate images and text boxes within emails and also easily track click rates.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

The platform offers great email marketing functionality and the customer support is outstanding so nothing that I dislike at the moment.

It helps personalize campaigns for client follow-up and enables us to send bulk marketing emails and effectively manage our business contacts which has increased our conversion rates.

I like some of the drag and drop features and it works most of the time.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

It's glitchy. I hate how you have to adjust the margins around photos. I don't like that if someone is forwarded an email that it shows that they were successfully able to open it. I don't like the calendar view for campaigns. I have to refresh constantly because things will stop working randomly regardless of when or where I am working on a message. I don't like that the fonts change after an email is sent.

I haven't seen any problems been solved.

As for preventing font changes, use the email-safe fonts listed at the top of the font menu to ensure your emails look the same regardless of what inbox they're being sent to!

Other email designers from CRMs can be clunky, finicky, and cause all kinds of odd formatting errors. Constant Contact is predictable and reliable.

List management can be a little sloppy at times but overall, we us Constant Contact for mostly emails and for that, it's pretty solid.

It handles all our outgoing emails and allows us to deliver branded communications to maintain our brand identity.

I find Constant Contact easy to use, especially because it lets me create email campaigns using templates and content blocks.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

I absolutely despise the new update. Navigating the site is nowhere near as intuitive as the old experience was, and it feels much harder to find what I’m looking for. All of the white space is also overwhelming and makes the interface feel harsh.

I appreciate being able to view analytics for each campaign I send, along with overall analytics for each contact. It helps me understand who is interacting with our emails, and where those interactions are happening.

I use Constant Contact for our monthly customer newsletter, and I really appreciate the ability to send out a mass email. I like the campaign results, especially the insights it provides into how many people are reading our newsletter and what they are clicking on. The initial setup was very easy; we imported a list of contacts effortlessly.

The website is slow. Every time I click on something, I have to wait.

I strongly recommend constant contact for how it is comprehensive and precise its targeting capabilities are. I'm able to segment the audiences based on demographics and behavior and make my campaigns reach the people who are most likely to engage which increases efficiency across the board. The retargeting feature is another major advantage, it boosts conversion rates without increasing my workload.

constant contact gets the job done for standard marketing but definitely deeper reporting would make meaningful difference.

The API and integrations are a huge strength. The platform connects smoothly with other systems i rely on which reduces manual work and helps maintain consistency across channels. **What do you like best about Constant Contact?**

This is a convenient all-in-one solution that we rely on for both email and social media management. Having everything organized in a single place makes it much easier to keep track of our plans and activities. It was implemented seamlessly into our current use and was easy to integrate into our workflow. It has become a tool we are using on a daily basis to ensure that our campaigns are working and that our customers are satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

When the latest update came out it made the calendar feature a little hard to utilize. But, they did allow users to go back to the older mode.

We manage several groups that we need to contact, and we are looking for ways to create lists that can be expanded easily. Constant Contact helped to resolve this issue and aid us.

I have really enjoyed the ability to bulk upload contacts. I have started using Constant Contact for things beyond just emails, I've also started using their forms and I have been very happy.

The lack of ways to connect to outside vendors has limited my options.

Our CRM does not have built in ways to connect with our members.

It is an effective way to share information, updates, news, etc. with our supporters, donors and contacts around the world.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

It can be a bit "clunky" in certain ways.  For example, it is not easy to attach and include videos in our emails.  Also, it does not accept all forms of picture files, like HEIC

**What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Constant Contact allows our foundation to stay in touch with supporters, donors and contacts around the world.  Reading our e-blasts is the main way that many of them follow and stay up to date with our programs, events and initiatives.

I use Constant Contact for email marketing and really appreciate its mass email sends to large groups and the easy drag-and-drop template design. The editor is very simple and easy to use, making my work efficient. Uploading lists is fast and seamless because fields are mapped quickly and intuitively. The drag-and-drop interface makes creating a layout a breeze, and fields for updated fonts and colors are easy to find and edit. The initial setup was also very easy and didn't require any technical know-how.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

I wish there was an HTML component so I could customize within the template, instead of having to code an entire email.

Constant Contact helps me send mass emails to large groups and offers easy drag-and-drop template design. The editor is simple, uploading lists is fast, and fields are mapped intuitively.

It's easy to use and organize. Campaign management and contacts sections make sense, which are the ones we use most. Once you get the hang of it, entering multiple contacts isn't too hard.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

Inconsistent formatting, poor recognition of keyboard inputs. Feel like I need to go in multiple times to ensure my bullets are formatted correctly and that my bolded lines actually stay bolded and don't bold the entire page. Image organization on the back end is difficult.

It's a great place to house media and contacts for streamlined communication to many groups.

Our newsletters look great and the templates help make it easy to do. We can maintain data bases of contacts and integrate with mailing lists. Down the road it will work well with our prospective CRM software. It is reasonable for the impact and the support is great.

The add-ons are expensive, so we do not have a full library of templates.

We can direct newsletters to different audiences and promote our services and programs. The result has been better products and increased attendance at events. It performs well.

I use Constant Contact for email newsletters and appreciate its modern interface and ease of segmenting lists. It was pretty intuitive for us to start using it, and being able to segment our list based on what people clicked on was really helpful. The initial setup was also easy when we first started.

It got to be expensive and a little clunky.

I was able to keep my customers informed about my upcoming events. It has a modern interface and makes it easy to segment lists based on what people clicked on.

I like how easy the application is to navigate, it is very user friendly.  I think it took me less than a couple of hours to self train on how to use the program.  No issues on sending my campaigns.    We use this product weekly to send communications.  Very happy with the product and Customer Support has been very helpful when I have had to utilize them.

I would like to see the refresh option updated, thought.  I find that I am able to get back into my campaign and make changes and then all of a sudden CC will prompt me to refresh and I lose my data that I j

The layout sometimes does not transfer the same from desktop to mobile. It is harder to format an email message on a tablet than a desktop.

I love how incredibly easy constant contact makes it to create polished effective campaigns. The platform is intuitive and fast to learn. the campaign planning feature is very valuable and lets me easily categorize and group posts so my social campaigns stay organized. The campaign dashboard is something i rely on the most, it gives me clear and consolidated view of all media purchases and active campaigns in one place.

I use Constant Contact for sending emails and SMS messages. I like the ease of the email setups; it makes setting up new emails very easy. I also appreciate how simple it is to add a new list or segment of emails into the system. Every time it works like a breeze! The initial setup was very easy too; we just had to upload our mailing list and we were off! The price point and ease of setup were reasons we switched from Klaviyo.

I think the email creative elements could be better. They are a bit blocky and don't lend themselves to creativity. I think more of a creative bank of elements as well as maybe allowing AI generative elements would be great.

Constant Contact allows me to communicate with my customer base on a regular basis by sending emails and text messages about sales and product rollouts. It's very easy to set up new emails, and adding new lists or segments is a breeze.

**What do you like best about Constant Contact?**

I’ve used Constant Contact on and off over the years. The basic email builder and list management are fairly straightforward for a non-technical user, and it’s easy enough to import contacts and send simple newsletters. Whatever positives exist in the product, though, have been completely overshadowed by how the company handled us during a medical crisis.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

When my husband (the account holder) had a major medical emergency in early May and spent over a month in the ICU, Constant Contact’s handling of our account was appalling. Once I was able to get to his subscriptions, I contacted Billing, provided documentation of his hospitalization, and requested a refund for charges incurred while he was incapacitated and unable to manage online services. We were told in May that the request was “under review.”

Since then, we’ve followed up repeatedly — on September 8, September 24, October 7, October 27, and December 6. As of today, we still have no clear decision and no refund. The clear message is that they will keep charging a card even when a customer is in intensive care and cannot reasonably cancel. The lack of empathy, transparency, and follow-through from Billing and Support has completely destroyed any trust I had in this vendor.

We used Constant Contact for basic email marketing, sending newsletters and updates to clients and prospects and managing contact lists. It handled those tasks adequately, but any benefit we got from the product has been completely overshadowed by how the company treated us when my husband was hospitalized in ICU, unable to pause or cancel his subscriptions, and we asked for a reasonable refund, sharing hospital documentation.

I can easily create emails from templates. I can store and upload images easily. Hyperlinks are simple and easy to insert. The previewing feature is great to see how your email will appear prior to actually sending. 

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

Creating emails is often glitchy, and at least once a week I'll have to contact their customer support team for help inserting an image correctly or figuring out how to make an email appear the way I'd like it to, which is frustrating. Sometimes their support reps can be unfriendly or unable to help, so an email can take longer to develop than necessary.

**Recommendations to others considering Constant Contact:**

Be aware of some of the limitations in terms of creativity that comes with this software. The pre-made templates are good, but branding doesn't come automatically. Realize that there is a decent help support feature that you can use to "chat" with support reps when you are having issues.

We use this software to email our clients, prospects, internal employees, etc. to inform them of legislative changes, upcoming relevant events, and more. It is helpful to see the statistics from when we send emails and understand what emails are generating responses, and which emails are not.

It provides valule in the sense that its purpose is to reach many clients in bulk, which is much more efficient than sending emails one by one. Additionally, I appreciate the surface-level ease of use that makes it accessible for anyone to operate. This user-friendliness is complemented by deeper functionalities that are revealed upon more thorough usage, showcasing that there is more to the platform than what meets the eye. Furthermore, I found the initial setup of Constant Contact to be easy, streamlining our process in integrating it into our workflow.

I find that configuring email content to work seamlessly for both desktop and mobile view is challenging within the Constant Contact platform. This lack of ease in making designs responsive affects the overall presentation and user experience. Additionally, the verification and DNS process is not straightforward and often confuses clients. The templates are just awful if I'm honest.  Whilst they are easy to manipulate with content blocks etc., the end result is grim.  I have always resorted to plain text in the end.  It's also really not an intuitive tool to use.  I have used hundreds of pieces of software across my personal and professiona advice and this one continues to confound me!

Constant Contact is digital plateform where we can help small to medium size business though email marketing of company products.we can also create , manage marketing campaigns.we can manage social media marketing automation. Also we can manage birthday or anniversary email template through automation. it can be also intergrate with any other tool.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

Its advance feature require subscription whcih make costly for small size organisation.some time data security is major concern for small and media  size organisation.

Constant contact is digital plateform where we can manage email service for our organisation.Constant contact is help in manage and uplaod email list where we can run promotional email for small size .We can also create and schedule promotional email on comapany social media account where we can also monitor or analyse click rate and ignore rate .

Formatting can be a bit wonky when starting a new project, being able to save templates helps a lot

Allowing us to track what "clicks"/links are interesting to our employees

Easy to use and program promotional emails to our customers

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

The customers don't seem to like the content we sent out and they don't engage.  I feel the format is a little stiff because so many companies use Constant Contact that people kind of read around it.

**What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partially automating the outreach we want to do to keep clients in the loop with our business.

I like how it is easy to setup email campaigns and schedule them to be sent.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

The account structure was a little confusing at first but I was able to figure it out eventually.

**What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with mass emailing recipients of our news letter as they subscribe to the mailing list. It makes maintaining the mailing list so easy because users can opt out whenever they feel like it.

Great way for us to stay in touch with current clients & also stay top of mind for people who contacted us before but never converted!

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact?**

It would be nice if it integrated with legal case management software, doesn't look like it has any integration with those yet.

**What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying in touch with current clients not about their cases but about the firm and what we've been up to, our accomplishments, the team. Also staying top of mind with people that have called our firm but never retained. We've had people call us back with new cases because we kept them on our email list!
