Wish the newsletter graphics were more customizable, the options are very basic and uninspiring. And we have a hard time getting around spam filters for our own company domain (using Microsoft 365). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been with Constant Contact since 2009 and it's gotten steadily worse in usability. First it forced me to change to a new editor. Then it did away with a great system for handling images. Constant Contact is a little too user-friendly for someone that is used to designing in Adobe products. You have to eyeball things to see if it's genuinely balanced. A lot of the templates are B2C driven. more B2B products would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Constant contact has come along way since I first started using this service I like that they have landing pages and you can use them for surveys and just to be able to keep all of your contacts in one place and also be creative with how you send your emails and they integrate well with other systems.
