What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

I really like it's accessibility and when it can allows you to monitor, customize or even automate things over your administrative environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

It provides remote access, and being able to create automated actions, manage assets without any hassle makes it very convinient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

The software is easy to use, and if you get disconnected after a reboot it connects back most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise RMM?

The ticket system is awful. In short, it has way too many sections that aren't needed, and trying to add expenses is a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

We use it on a regular basis, and both app-based and web-based applications are excellent and allow us to manage endpoints and servers easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise RMM?

The tool can be slower at times to load and also has bugs more frequent, although they are fixed in the following updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

It gave us the ability to protect our endpoints, run updates, and remediate certain hardware issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

The ease of learning and the ease of using the tool is what I like about Connectwise RMM the most. Scripting is also one of the features that I like, it not only fixes stuff automatically but also saves time for the tecnicial with automating basic tasks and documenting them. What do you dislike about ConnectWise RMM?

Nothing is perfect in this world there is always some room for improvement so is with this great tool. The tools efficiency and reliability can really be improved with continuous and quick updates. It runs on a little heavier side on resources of the system that can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
