Its as much an expansion to our team as anything else. Being able to toss work to them that normally would tie up one of our resoucrses is nice and the fact its all integrated with our CW system. Makes it easy for oncall to get alerts and then toss a service issue back to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform has been deamed the next steps for CW. They're putting all their resources into it vs with Automate. We heavily use automate for all our scirpting, endpoint management and what have you. RMM is also as much a time sink as automate to setup where we have dedicated employees who thats all they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Connectwise RMM from around 3 years and love it.
The web app looks better to me as it works faster as compared to Desktop RMM.
The Desktop RMM can be improved as everytime you shutdown the computer, Connectwise Desktop RMM ask for full login details which is little uncomfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use navigation and management of devices is far most the best best thing with the tool. Once you get used to the application it will be the best suited RMM tool for your business.
