ConnectandSell is so much more than a PAD - it's an entire methodology for go to market. The technology itself is seamless, especially with the new UI. You load the list and you have conversations. There is no delay, no beep on the users end and you're right into the conversation with the person who flases up on the screen. The entire CS team have been a delight to work with - they made me feel like I was their only customer versus what I am actually am, a small account with a single user license. I am able to concentrate on my task at hand, and am ready for the connection. I have a chance to look over what I need to say without being distracted. And everything I need pops up on my screen. The support team is one of the fastest in our tech stack. Not to mention, their customer success team makes sure that you are well supported and will meet with you to highlight any areas of improvement that your calling team can make.
On top of that, with their agent-assisted dialer, and our existing data easily imported via CSV into the platform, our SDR team is constantly able to speak to over 200 people a day in an 8-hour working day, and not have to wait through voicemails.
Onboarding any new SDRs only takes minutes to get them up to speed on how to start dialing since the software is incredibly intuitive to use. I only have to explain how our dispositions work and the rest is pretty much self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is expensive, and unlike other similar tools, you must sign a contract instead of opting for a monthly subscription model.
Their custom integration support could be a little better since at least with Hubspot, it requires a full contact sync to work correctly (the contacts we are dialing in connect and sell we prefer to keep separate out of our CRM until a meeting is booked from the SDR side to prevent unnecessary contact bloat in our CRM.) I really liked using connect sell since I'm at a relatively small company and have a lot of green space in terms of number of possible prospects. It is impossible to reach everyone and I don't have enough time to make calls many calls while servicing my existing business. Connect and Sell has been a great scale factor for me as I try to reach more qualified leads. I like that I can be working on other stuff as I wait for someone to join the line!
I like that I could load in my list and simply let the platform do it's thing in terms of prioritizing the best numbers to call. I also liked the ability to categorize and allocate future calls based on outcome or "disposition." This created a very streamlined prospecting approach for me as all of the follow up calls were targeted and I even had some pre-written notes for what to discuss the next time. It was also convenient that the platform synced directly with my CRM to save me the note taking process or communicating with other team members. The implementation team was highly responsive and detailed which made onboarding really simple too.
There are several ways to connect with customer support and folks offered solutions both within the platform via the chat window and also through direct emails.
Connect and Sell was also great for me to have my sales team members who are newer to their role have the means to supercharge their efforts and reach more people and eliminate some of the usual slow downs associated with traditional tactics.

In order to sustain good results you have to continually replenish the prospect lists and contacts. Provided you have the capacity to do that, this platform is wonderful. If your workload takes you in a lot of directions each day, it can be hard to keep the list full of the right phone numbers, which thus makes your time well spent in the platform.

Connect and sell legitmatly is a life changing technology. It truly is "conversations on demand". Instead of the very laborious "manual" cold calling that happens even through other calling tools, ConnectAndSell gets you conversations in a matter of seconds. This allows you to properly manage your time and get done in 4/hrs a week what may take 4 weeks otherwise. For any seller - it is legitmatly life changing from the fact that you know you will connect with your decision makers, instead of the head trash you get when manual calling and have to listen to a ring tone each and every time. Connect and Sell allows you to do a day's worth of dialing in one hour. You can easily load contacts in, and set parameters around who you want to call, and then sit back until someone answers. I liked the way it integrated with Salesloft, which we use for sales cadences. The call step would be conducted in Connect and Sell, once that is completed it would move the contact into an email step (assuming that's the cadence behavior on Salesloft). The system does a great job of transferring you the exact moment the prospect picks up the line, 99% of the time it's really smooth and natural as if you were calling them on a regular dial pad.
