Comp Up plaform helped us in forecasting projeted joiners which helped us internally streamline our joining process. Rahul has been very accomodative of many of the requests that were put forth. The software integrates with all the major HRIS and ATS and Performance management systems. However, our organisation was using an in built HRIS software. And we did not have open APIs. Hence it was slightly tough to set up the integrations initially.
