The HireSure.ai platform is one of my favourites because it addresses crucial hiring process difficulties in great depth. What do you like best about CompUp?

CompUp has completely redifined the way we do compensation planning. We used to struggle during our appraisal cycles because it was extremely difficult to complete the cycle on time.

Since the time we have implemented CompUp, we rarely move out of the system for any of our comp processes. Implementation took less than 2 weeks of time. We also integrated the tool with our HRIS system seamlessly to avoid any manual uploads.

The best part about team CompUp is also their implementation and customer success team. We are assisted by not just a CSM and project manager but also a rewards specialist who understood our requirements and was able to assist us at each step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

CompUp solves the biggest problem of our Rewards teams, that is compensation data management and running merit cycles seamlessly.

What do you like best about CompUp?

The platform is very very easy to navigate. It was so seamless to transition our processes from spreadsheets to the platform.

This platform has truly transformed our rewards processes. The platform's visually appealing digital offer experience allowed us to seamlessly convey the nuances of our rewards policy, from base pay to ESOPs.

I have been getting multiple messages from our employees

What do you dislike about CompUp?

There is not much that I can talk about disliking the platform as this is the only software which honestly offered more than what we wanted. Also with the features in product roadmap, I think this is going to be by far the most comprehensive comp software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CompUp?

I simply love the way this platform is built for users. It is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Even though training is provided to the team, but the platform's UX is self explanatory and our team is in love with their interface.

I find this software to be a remarkable tool that adeptly oversees the majority of our rewards team's ops. This is a one stop solution for all our compensation processes.

While there were many tools available we chose them becasue they were the ones who were able to bring all our workflows on the system. All other vendors still had gaps.

What do you like best about CompUp?

CompUp has one of the most intuitive and easy to use user interface. There is very little to no training needed to be able to use the software because the UX is self explanatory.

However, team CompUp did provide us with training during the implementation period.

From participating in benchmarking, to creating compensation bands, to running merit increase cycles and to finally communicating compensation to employees and candidates, CompUp is able to do it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

CompUp has one of the most exhaustive compensation benchmarks for Indian companies available for free. However benchmarks for other geographies are not indigenous to CompUp. What problems is CompUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to collaborate with so many different people within the company to complete our appraisal process. This used to eat up a lot of our time. With CompUp we can now comoplete all of that seamlessly within a short span of time. Also we used to to use mail merge for generating reward letters once the cycle was over. Mail merge used to fail a lot of times and hence was unreliable.

Their platform has proven to be an all-inclusive solution catering to the majority of our reward team's requirements. By consolidating compensation benchmarking, digital offer experience, and compensation management, we've transitioned from relying on multiple vendors to using CompUp's comprehensive platform for these use cases. The ability to execute multiple tasks within a unified platform has undeniably streamlined our reward operations, contributing to enhanced efficiency in our merit increments and band sharing. What do you dislike about CompUp?

Well nothing specific to dislike as of now because I have seen almost every other comp management tool and honestly this one is the only tool that satified all our criteria. In fact this has more than what we expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CompUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary and foremost problem that this software has solved for us is to bring all our comp data in one place. Secondly, we were managing tens of excel sheets to complete our merit cycles. Some other comp tools were able to eliminate 70% of those spreadsheets, but this software eliminated all. Another beautiful thing about them is that they have also enabled our TA teams to manage the entire offer communication flow to our candidates. What do you like best about CompUp?

Their software enabled our company to combine all our compensation data in one single platform. Our offer data, employee data and market data all in one place for us to be able to take more scientific and data driven decisions.

- I was able to eliminate all of my spreadsheets and complete every single process on the platform more collaboratively

- The most interesting part about their software is that it is built in a manner that the team was able to customize it to perfectly match our needs. We didn't even have to change a single process of ours to use the platform.

- Also, the deep people analytics that the system was able to provide solved my use case for presenting my appraisal planning to my board.

- Their implementation team is hands on. They assist every account with rewards specialist which eases the process of setting up and manager trainings.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

Well this is too soon to judge as we have been using this since about 10 months now. One thing that can be improved is that they should also add another module of flexible benefits. As of now they integrate with our flexi benefits partner to showcase total rewards portal but it will be a lot better if they built an in house flexi rewards feature. The software has been able to eliminate my problem of handling multiple complex excel sheets that used to take ages for me. Becasue of this software I am now able to more confidently share comp data with different stakeholders such as TA team, appraisal managers and employees.
