CompUp has one of the most exhaustive compensation benchmarks for Indian companies available for free. However benchmarks for other geographies are not indigenous to CompUp. Well this is too soon to judge as we have been using this since about 10 months now. One thing that can be improved is that they should also add another module of flexible benefits. As of now they integrate with our flexi benefits partner to showcase total rewards portal but it will be a lot better if they built an in house flexi rewards feature.
