All the CQ modules can be used out of box, they are very user-friendly and provides great dashboards capabilities to provide the big picture strategically. We have done customization on some of the forms or fields within the module(s) to give us that extra capability we need for better traceability, transparency and accountability.
We have even integrated with our CRM /ERP to get insights from book to bill cycle. Truly, we are very happy using CQ not just as an eQMS but also giving our people complete visibility from end-to-end processes making them highly efficient and effective.

CQ covers all the regulatory requirements that our organization follows. All aspects of our QMS, however, I have found that validation of the implementation is not representative of the actual production environment. At least in our particular case. Noticeable latency with processing speeds when performing actions. Certain modules will suggest "Next Best Actions" that are not really the next best action. A more intuitive process flow would be suggested. he production environment does not always mirror the sandbox environment when used for training whitch cause confusion for team members. I like the ability to add and edit CAPAs and the ease of the system when integrating crucial information. When implementing, all the steps help not only me as the user but also give ease to the customers wanting these CAPAs to be processed correctly and fast with a breeze. I do CAPAs frequently, and the use of it helps with supporting customers to not only my customers, but other customers, the ability to make sure that customer support is give correctly is crucial in my work environment. COmpliance Quest and the team that supports it is really helping our company to move from a manual, paper based system into a digitized space. The ease of working with the team and the user friendliness of the software is incredible. As a Quality professional who has worked with many other platfomrs, I can say that this platform builds in user friendly cues to failsafe the process.
