I appreciate the events feature that allows us to create and track different events/occurrences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
During the review and approval process, there is no way to accept suggestions or edits without losing all reviewer sign-off time stamps. Additionally, the formatting throughout the document can become messy, as the platform is not as user-friendly as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Documents sometimes freeze and cannot be edited or commented on when there are multiple reviewers with various comments. I have not experienced this issue with other eQMS programs or editing software. Furthermore, as a basic user, I have access to superseded versions of documents. This should not be the case, though I am unsure if this issue is due to the permissions my company has granted me or if it is a Qualio-specific problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Qualio it is cloud base QMS software which is accessible from anywhere with the active internet connection so it is easy to use and easy to implement for organization, Qualio provides Dashboard on which we are able to see the pending trainings and documents which is pending for review, standard operating procedure, detailed operating procedures which provides easiness to complete it we can easily get up to dated for new assigned training from their email notifications, Qualio helps to manage quality processes more easily I used it on daily basis. It helps me to keep track of important documents and changes made to the documents and ensuring they meet regulations. Qualio is user-friendly and works well with other tools, which helps me to work faster and more efficiently. Overall, it really helps improve quality and productivity!
Qualio chat support gives instant resolutions on chat which is quite recommended.
also afer using the Qualio no more physical copies required of the training and documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No Android or iOS application so if you recommend to use it via application it is not possible.
No offline use so its sometimes not useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being our First electronic QMS system, Qualio has been a game changer for us.
The Customer Support during our initial implementation stage was commendable where every step of our migration from paper based system to Qualio was inexplicably planned and organised.
Upon implementation, and as this is the system we use on a daily basis, training of other staffs in our organization and getting them up and running with the system has been rather simple given the ease of its use.
The features that we had adopted such as Documents, Training, CAPAs, Protocol Deviations, CAPA ,MANAGEMENT, CHANGE CONTROL and many more has enabled accuarte caprtuing of all important Quality events and routing for review, approval and close-out effectively.
Qualio has also enabled us to integrate with SharePoint effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inability of Qualio at present to arrange Documents-SOPs based on its alphabetical order is the downfall.
Also, in terms of Supplier management, the lack of options to arrange them into groups is another downfall Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qualio is pretty easy to use and very organized. You can upload documents or create new ones with a wide range of features. You can share easily with all people in your group, and even assign trainings through the program or request that approvers can look over your document before making it official. My favorite feature is you can directly compare old versions of a document to new versions of the document in the same window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Formatting on Qualio is not very easy and there is a steep learning curve to get things to look the way you want within the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think one of the most impressive things about Qualio is how it helps companies in the life sciences industry manage their quality systems more efficiently. It’s great for streamlining compliance, tracking documents, and ensuring all processes meet industry standards. The fact that it’s cloud-based makes it really accessible for teams to collaborate in real-time, no matter where they are. Plus, its user-friendly interface is a huge plus—it’s designed to be intuitive, even for people who might not be familiar with complex quality management systems. While i do not have any patricular aspect i dislike, although Qualio is designed to be flexible, it can be challenging to customize it to fit specific company purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I appreciate most about Qualio is the simple navigation. From the time that I get an email from Qualio reminding me of a training that I need to complete, it is no more that 3 clicks to be reading the training module. I have used many different LMS systems in the past and they all had fairly complex user interfaces that made it time consuming, and sometimes confusing, to navigate to the required training. Not so with Qualio. The dashboard is crystal clear and it is easy to navigate. I also like the simplicity of completing the training. Once I have completed the training it is just a couple of clicks to log my training as complete.
I also like the reminders that come by email about trainings that need to be completed. They are there for me at the top of my inbox when I logon in the morning. That is also the perfect time for me to catch up on training. Altogether I think this simplicity makes it more likely that me and my team will remain compliant to our training matrix. I would love an easier system for modifying documents within the system, perhaps a plugin that works with MS Word. This would facilitate changes that need to happen routinely to SOPs and other trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qualio's has a very intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and manage our processes. This has proven so far to save time for us. The platform's document control features provides proper organization for our reviews and MRC. So far, the potential for us to integrate into Hubspot to reduce manual reduancies provides further opportunity to streamline our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any downsides on Qualio. We have moved from a paper based QMS to Qualio and it is driving a lot of efficiencies for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Basic text editing is simple
-The dashboard is good
-Easier to learn system compared to MasterControl
-Customer support is pretty good
-Side panel menu was a huge improvement!
- Easy to create training plans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Analytical features are confusing and too limited to be helpful.
e.g. 1) why can't I adjust Periodic Review analytics to any monthly time frame I want and select specific document types?
2)Can't export Periodic review reports!
3) Why can't I look backward to view # of overdue events in other quarters or monthly timeframes?
-Method of calculating on time training is wrong,
e.g. 1) as soon as someone completes an overdue training, the overdue information is lost; doesn't even highlight in red who completed training late
2) I actually saw the number of completed trainings drop between weeks, how is this possible.
-Challenging to create documents and tables in landscape format
-No way to easily see when documents were approved or made effective
-Took away ability to click links to open pdfs, attachments now open and obscure related document
-Awkward to navigate between sections of Events, can only have one section open at a time
- in the past few months, way to much focus on integrating information from other software rather than fixing simple things.
- Font size and type too limited
- Need to improve tracking of changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me, the ease of use is great. I can easily navigate the various functions with no past expirence with Qualio. I also love that everything can be in one place, from document control to change management and internal audits. It is a one-stop-shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint with Qulio is that is doesn't keep my filters when looking at events. It would be great if I could look at an event and then go back to see the next event without having to re-do my filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qualio helped consolidate our SOPs, TPs, and change controls into a single, easily accessible platform. The training modules were very helpful because the alternative would be handing our analysts a hard-copy of the questionnaires. Additionally, showing the completion rate of the trainings made it much easier to track which analysts still required it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The formatting can become somewhat glitchy, especially when adding images and bullet pointed text. Many of my SOP's and TP's use visuals to better show the process, but putting them in often completely renumbers the bulletpoints throughout the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
