What do you like best about Cognism?

Allows us to pinpoint our ICP quickly and provides GDPR compliant contact details. Allowing us to prospect accurately and efficiently. Customer service is great and in my experience we've had zero downtime or issues in over 18 months. Integrates easily into our Sales Cadence Software and we use it daily across a team of 6. The intent data feature is definitely useful, but it could be even better with more detailed insights to really gauge when a buyer is ready to move forward.

What do you like best about Cognism?

The AI search feature is incredible! It helps massively with prospecting. Being able to reverse search phone numbers to locate leads that have been in contact. What do you dislike about Cognism?

I want a dark mode! I dont know if its a thing already, but it would look so nice! I also wish there was a way to filter out the search with a target list of companies. At the moment I am having to search each company individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prospecting is made so much easier. The ROI has really improved since the introduction of Cognism. The ability to find better and quicker lead generation is improving ROI for each of our events. Cognism has completely changed how we handle sales and marketing. Its accurate, GDPR-compliant data means no more chasing outdated leads. The advanced targeting—firmographics, technographics, and intent data—helps us zero in on the right prospects at the right time.

The 121 support from real people who are happy to help in quick time has been great. The simple layout of the system is also a bonus, this makes it easy to use. The persona element of Cognism has been especially helpful in building multiple audience types for our different marketing campaigns. You can easily view the counts of prospects ahead of spending credits and exporting data which helps with internal strategy and campaign building. What do you like best about Cognism?

Having used tools like zoominfo / Lusha in the past, I do think what is available on the market for data enrichment and sourcing, is all quite similar (bar maybe stronger data in certain regions)

However what I find separates cognism from its competition, is the level of service they provided. The CSM and Account Manager assigned to us have been brilliant in terms of providing dedicated support, enablement sessions and discussing demand gen strategies that can be supplemented with cognism.

Cognism is essential in my current workflows, It has an amazing search feature in the prospector tool- often rivalling LinkedIn search for me in terms of frequency of use. Customer support is fast and I can always trust someone to get in contact if ever I run into any issues on the site. Some members of my team find it a difficult software to get proficient in using, but my top performers find it to be their most valuable tool when it comes to direct outreach - especially the integration it has with LinkedIn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data quality is to be desired at times, many emails will bounce and are just approximated using the businesses website domain and employees first name + last name. This can cause domain issues and this issue also persists with phone numbers, often time you'll be speaking to the wrong person completely or someone with the same name.
