**What do you like best about Cognism?**

The best thing about Cognism is the accuracy of their mobile numbers. I use their Chrome extension every day for the US market, and their 'Diamond Data' is a total lifesaver, it’s actually human-verified, so I’m not wasting half my morning calling dead-end landlines or getting number disconnected' messages.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

The biggest downside is the price and the credit system for Diamond Data. While the verified numbers are great, you really have to be stingy with how you use them because the 'Diamond' credits run out fast if you're doing high-volume outreach

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Cognism solved for me was the dead-end dial. Before switching, I was using other tools where I’d spend more time hitting gatekeepers or disconnected numbers than actually talking to prospects. **What do you like best about Cognism?**

We find Cognism easy to use and it integrates really well with the platforms that we use, like Salesforce and SalesLoft. This integration allows us to carry data from one platform to another with great ease, increasing our efficiency and our ability to work in the minimal amount of time. We really appreciate the diamond data feature as it gives us peace of mind that the contact details we receive are verified and vetted by somebody, ensuring they are usable when contacting prospects.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

We do battle a little with contact details in Italy. It's a little bit more sparse than the contact details we use in the United Kingdom.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cognism for prospect contact details which our salespeople reach in the cold calling process. Its integration with Salesforce and SalesLoft boosts efficiency by smoothly transferring data and the diamond data gives us peace of mind as it's verified, ensuring reliable information for contacting prospects.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I like the user interface of Cognism. It's very simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. The database is really good, especially for phone numbers and email addresses in the EMEA/EU regions. The integration with Salesforce and Outreach is also solid, with no complaints there. When I started using the tool, it was really simple with no bugs or problems. The whole interface and experience made me feel like I had been using it for several years; it's that simple. I also think Cognism has the best data coverage in the EU compared to other tools I've used.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Oh, of course, it's with every data provider, even if it's, like, really good, sometimes, in certain industries, the data is not there. I've seen this, maybe, in Southeastern or Eastern Europe. However, when I check companies that are headquartered in the UK, Germany, France, or Spain. Or Italy, the data is really solid. So overall, it's a good experience, but sometimes the data is missing for specific companies, or it only includes data for key decision-makers or influencers, not everyone in the company.

Cognism helps me find phone numbers for my prospects with its intuitive interface and solid database of phone numbers and email addresses, especially in the EMEA and EU regions.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I use Cognism  almost everyday abd it stands out for its  easy implementation, ease of integration in your Daily work, intuitive interface and impressive speed, making it easy to navigate and highly efficient. I love the included access to valuable insights such as annual revenue and industry sector, which are essential for strategic prospecting. These capabilities make Cognism  a very good tool for any sales development team. I have no insights about their Customer Support since I had never had to contact them - but maybe thats also a good sign ;-)

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

The main drawback is the accuracy of employee data. It’s not uncommon to find prospects listed who have left their companies. This can lead to wasted time and effort when reaching out, so as other have already mentiones before improving the frequency of updates would significantly enhance the platform’s reliability- or act on flagged numbers. Additionally, some email addresses appear to be generated intuitively based on patterns rather than verified, which can result in bounced emails. Phone numbers also often lead to gatekeepers instead of direct lines to the prospect, which adds another layer of difficulty for outreach.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

In my experience, the mobile numbers provided by Cognism are highly accurate, especially thanks to the Diamond-Verified feature. Importing my account list into Cognism is straightforward, allowing me to quickly verify contacts' emails and phone numbers, and then reach out to them directly from the Cognism dashboard. Additionally, when I report an incorrect number, it gets updated promptly, ensuring that future users do not encounter the same issue.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Overall, there are no major issues, but I have noticed that the extension sometimes takes a while to load on my LinkedIn. Additionally, it occasionally fails to update company names when they merge or change. There are also times when it logs duplicate information for accounts with similar names, though this is only a minor inconvenience.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having access to accurate contact details for prospects allows me to quickly determine whether there is genuine interest in the product, which helps me qualify leads more efficiently. It also makes it easier for me to categorize my accounts and gain a clear overview of the key personas within each one who are important for me to reach out to.

I like that Cognism is very fast and very intuitive to use. I find it to be a very useful and well-made tool because you can search not only by person with first and last name, but also by company, checking the latest annual revenue and the company's sector, which provides me with important details. I highly value the filters that allow me to choose the country of interest, as well as the maximum and minimum revenue I am looking for from the company and the person working there. I consider it an essential tool for a sales development department.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

They could improve the updating of employees. Many times prospects appear who have not worked at the company for months, even more than a year, and that is inconvenient when writing to or calling them.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cognism to find prospects easily, especially in the Finance sector, obtaining their phone numbers and emails. It is a fundamental tool for searching by person or company, detailing revenue and sector, which is key for business development.

My account manager is a font of all knowledge and always goes out of her way to help, educate, and make my user experience the best it can be. 

It's a powerful bit of kit!! It's simple to use after some training and it's always evolving. I like that they included me in beta testing tools.

The credits don't rollover. I'd love to be able to bank them up sometimes.

The data quality is really good, which saves a lot of time when prospecting. I also like how simple it is to create a targeted list and export them to our CRM. This is what typically makes it easy for me to use. It allows me to smoothly reach out to prospects by viewing their name, background, email, and number all together.

I work in the Middle Eastern region. Cognism's data for the Middle East is very fragmented, and it's not accurate. From my experience, many government entities do not have numbers or emails at all on Cognism. The initial setup was fairly easy, but it took some time to understand the system and learn the best practices.

I use Cognism to find phone numbers and emails of event planners within Europe, and it solves several problems for me, like helping find the company email structure and company contact details. I appreciate the easy export onto my CRM system. What I like most is the extensive, true data on people I sell to. The initial setup was very easy.

I wish I was able to create a contact list on Cognism that my colleagues couldn't see. I have my own log-in details as per license. I should be able to save lists of contacts on the system that when my colleagues log-in on their side should not be able to view.

I think Cognism could improve by making the integration capabilities more efficient, especially when integrating multiple capabilities. Also, I'm only able to select 25 contacts per page, which is limiting. It would be more efficient if I could select more contacts at once.

I like the fact that you can hunt new personas and I'd say 70/80% of the data is accurate. I also find it easy to use for the end user and it's been easy to use since I started.

I feel like there is a lot of contacts on there that even under verified emails and mobiles, we get bounce backs or there is a lack of good mobiles. I've used sites such as Apollo to compare and they have a better email. Perhaps a refresh of the data?

I love the integration in my workplace applications like Salesforce and LinkedIn, and I find the web interface simple and effective. I can access contact information in the context of my work, especially while doing account nurture or opportunity development, and appreciate getting to the account and contact information simply and quickly.

I sometimes find contact not updated, emails missing or even companies missing at all. It's rare but it happened. Dyamond verify is 50% effective to fix it and I believe there's room for improvement.

What I appreciate most about Cognism is how seamlessly it works with our current tools. The integration with Salesforce is excellent, helping us maintain clean data and save valuable time. I also find the pop-up notifications within Sales Navigator extremely useful, as they provide quick access to contact information without needing to navigate away from the page. Overall, Cognism is a highly user-friendly platform that has made our outreach efforts significantly more efficient.

My main frustration is with the limited data coverage in the APAC region. Although the platform works well for the US and EU, finding complete contact information in Asia Pacific can be difficult. Additionally, I sometimes experience the app slowing down, particularly when exporting large lists, which can interrupt my workflow a bit.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

It can connect you with you need to speak with. Not only will it (90% of the time) give you the right phone number and email address to reach your contact but it also helps you find the most appropriate lead for your outreach. It's quick and easy to download and integrates perfectly into your browser (I use Chrome). I love how the plugin pops up on LinkedIn and, not only that, but almost every company page you visit! I use it all the time. It has made my day to day immeasurably better and is so quick and easy to use. I can safely say, the implementation of Cognism at my company has changed everything for the better. I like Cognism for its comprehensive data and decent UI, which provides our team with all the data we need. It's easy for the team to use, requiring minimal onboarding and tech support. The good data helps us reliably find companies and identify the correct stakeholders. The onboarding process was really easy and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Per user seat licenses rather than just charging utilization makes it harder than it should be to work with.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cognism provides accurate data to quickly profile and filter companies, making it easier to identify the correct stakeholders and reducing onboarding and tech support needs with its easy-to-use interface.

Beyond the exceptional data quality, Cognism's integration with our CRM has streamlined our workflow in ways we didn't think were possible. The ability to seamlessly upload new leads directly from the platform into our CRM is a major win. This functionality eliminates manual data entry, reduces the risk of human error, and ensures that our CRM is always populated with fresh, high-quality data. It's a quick, effortless process that allows our team to move from prospecting to engagement in a matter of seconds. We've customized our upload settings to match our CRM fields, making the process even smoother and more tailored to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

The platform is often considered expensive, with high upfront costs and a focus on long-term annual contracts. The pricing can be opaque, and some users feel the cost is too high for the value they receive, especially if they aren't utilizing every feature.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user, Cognism benefits you by improving your sales and marketing efficiency. By providing high-quality, verified data, it helps you spend less time on manual research and more time on actually engaging with potential clients. The platform's features, like intent data and sales triggers (e.g., recent funding rounds), help you to reach out at the most opportune moment, increasing your chances of making a sale. In essence, it helps you work smarter, not harder, by providing the right information at the right time.

I find Cognism very easy to use, and the information has been accurate. I especially like the intent feature because it helps me drill down into my searches.  The integration with HubSpot is also convenient and easy to use.

Creating lists based on one page of search results at a time can become tedious.

It is a valuable tool for prospecting and building a list of sales targets.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I really enjoy the ease with which I can export bulk data into a CSV file using Cognism, which streamlines the data handling process for my role significantly. The LinkedIn extension is another fantastic feature, proving to be incredibly useful when prospecting. The platform's vast availability of contact data helps me extensively, although there can be some inaccuracies. Nonetheless, being able to quickly and easily filter through useful contacts when prospecting makes it invaluable. I find that, even though the mobile numbers may often be personal, they tend to result in more responsive communication, a huge plus for my role as an Account Manager. The initial setup was very straightforward and hassle-free, which I greatly appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

I find the accuracy of mobile contact numbers provided by Cognism can be improved, as they often tend to be personal rather than work numbers, which poses an objection sometimes. Additionally, the limit on exporting only 25 contacts at a time into a list is inconvenient. It would be significantly more efficient to have the capability to export a larger quantity of contacts all at once, such as 500, which would save a great deal of time. Moreover, the lack of integration with our CRM necessitates exporting data into a CSV file to manually build out a spreadsheet, which could be more streamlined with direct integration, although this is not something that our head office in Germany is currently supporting.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cognism to find contact data for prospects, which increases responsiveness. Exporting bulk data efficiently saves time, though occasionally there are inaccurate numbers.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I use Cognism for prospecting leads, and it plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between LinkedIn and Salesloft. This makes it a lot easier to reach out to many people at once, which is like 'casting a wide net.' I find it very easy to use, and it fits seamlessly with our CRM. The AI search feature saves me time by looking through leads I've imported without needing to set numerous filters. The initial setup was hassle-free, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending Cognism as a 10 out of 10.

Nothing comes to mind, had a good experience so far

I use Cognism for prospecting leads, bridging the gap between LinkedIn and Salesloft. It lets me reach large numbers of people easily and saves time with its AI search by finding leads based on prompts.
