The AI search feature is incredible! It helps massively with prospecting. Being able to reverse search phone numbers to locate leads that have been in contact. Having used tools like zoominfo / Lusha in the past, I do think what is available on the market for data enrichment and sourcing, is all quite similar (bar maybe stronger data in certain regions)
However what I find separates cognism from its competition, is the level of service they provided. The CSM and Account Manager assigned to us have been brilliant in terms of providing dedicated support, enablement sessions and discussing demand gen strategies that can be supplemented with cognism.
