What do you like best about Cognism?

Having used tools like zoominfo / Lusha in the past, I do think what is available on the market for data enrichment and sourcing, is all quite similar (bar maybe stronger data in certain regions)

However what I find separates cognism from its competition, is the level of service they provided. The CSM and Account Manager assigned to us have been brilliant in terms of providing dedicated support, enablement sessions and discussing demand gen strategies that can be supplemented with cognism.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

What do you like best about Cognism?

Cognism has been a game-changer for our sales and marketing efforts. Its accurate, GDPR-compliant data ensures we’re always working with reliable information, saving us from the headache of outdated leads. The advanced targeting features are a standout—being able to segment prospects by firmographics, technographics, and intent data means we can focus on the right people at the right time.

One of my favorite features is the mobile numbers and direct dials. It’s been a huge win for connect rates, letting us bypass gatekeepers and reach decision-makers directly. Plus, the seamless CRM integration (especially with Salesforce) has made our workflow so much smoother, automating lead enrichment and saving us hours of manual work.

What do you like best about Cognism?

Their data is the best I've used (versus loads of providers such as Wiza, Drop Contact, Lusha, Hunter etc) and the platform is so easy to use.

Their live chat is also amazing, I've never waited more than 10 seconds to speak to a real person.

Account manager is responsive too, which is great.

We've had a few duplicate contacts in our exports, which costs credits. However, we've always had these duplicates refunded to us when raised with our account manager, so no big deal really - just a bit of admin needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cognism is a key piece in helping conduct new business expansion and growh plans but also drilling down into contacts that we identify with high intent and are likely to engage with our products and services. The interface is easy to navigate (the AI search piece reduces the admin in locating information) and the integration piece (along with creating 'lists') makes it easy to pull data out - and fast.
