What do you like best about Cobrowse by Blitzz?

What I love most about CoBrowse is how easy and fluid it is to use. It is so effective being able to view and interact with a customer's screen in real time and without any downloads. Also, with regard to privacy, it only co-browses the exact browser tab or app — no risk of seeing sensitive information. It will transform your ability to help customers and resolve issues faster. What do you dislike about Cobrowse by Blitzz?

What I don’t like about CoBrowse is that it can sometiems be a little dependent on having a stable and quick internet connection to work flawlessly. This can make it difficult to use in remote areas or when the connection is unreliable. Also, while the software is easy to use, there is still a small learning curve for new users who have never used co-browsing software before. What problems is Cobrowse by Blitzz solving and how is that benefiting you?

CoBrowse is addressing the issue of effective communication in customer support, particularly when dealing with complex situations and/or troubleshooting. It eliminates the confusion that can come from just phone calls or written instructions by allowing me to share my screen and guide the customer through the process in real-time. This visual collaboration not only speeds up the resolution of problems but also makes the interaction feel more personal and engaging. What do you like best about Cobrowse by Blitzz?
