I don't think there's any other way to go when using a service like this due to how easy cloud talk is to use, how easy it is to install and integrate into my daily work life, and the fact that i use it everyday with absolutely 0 hassle opening it, setting it up or dealing with any issues at all, speaks volumes about it. the few times i've created my own difficulties, at no fault of the app, the customer service has been patient and very receptive of any questions ive had. cloud talk is very easy to use and the implementation part is THUMBS UP. I have been using cloud talk now for a while and the experience is pretty good. I am able to connect with my prospects without any hindrances who resides abroad. I can able to make calls frequently and can able to connect with them and it's like making calls through our normal cell phone.

The ease of use is pretty good. it offers support for various mobile and web platforms which makes it using quite easy. customer service is exceptional even tho they dont have any toll-free or customer support call lines however agents on chat pretty much resolve all the issues on time. getting it intergrated is also pretty easy since it has a native support for many CRMs. Calling rates are quite competetive as well. I work for marketing team and I do believe cultural rapport with the customers/prospects is a pivotal aspect when it comes to handling clients abroad. Cloud talk has helped me achieve this aspect with their international call plan facility. I am currently using it frequently for APAC countries.

Easy to use with basic functions. I also love the more difficult funckions and the fact that customer support (especially Lucia and Daniela, but also others) quickly and clearly help me understand the more difficult and complex mechanisms. The application certainly needs a few improvements, lacking basic functions such as visible missed callback attempts in missed inches. But it's also hard to set intelligent callbacks from the missed tab, when, for example, I actively use 3 phone numbers. In the analytics itself it also sometimes shows errors and e.g. I can't open call steps in a separate tab using the middle button only I am forced in the same tab and then when I return it returns me to the very beginning.
