What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Our use case is quite straightforward, consolidating several existing external numbers into a single number using an IVR system to redirect calls depending on what option the caller selects. After looking at other platforms (all with their limitations), we came across CloudTalk and it is working really well for us so far.

It was easy to create the number and set up necessary steps with the drag-and-drop editor. Support and onboarding has also been good throughout, with various calls to establish our requirements and arrange a suitable package. No issues with call quality, and the dashboard provides useful information too, e.g. call recordings, duration, etc.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I don't think there's any other way to go when using a service like this due to how easy cloud talk is to use, how easy it is to install and integrate into my daily work life, and the fact that i use it everyday with absolutely 0 hassle opening it, setting it up or dealing with any issues at all, speaks volumes about it. the few times i've created my own difficulties, at no fault of the app, the customer service has been patient and very receptive of any questions ive had. there's a text feature, it's more of my own fault but i wish there could potentially be notifications for this, as i find it easy to miss our on incoming texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

cloudtalk has become a massive part of my day due to the amount of calls i receive, after a customer has missed a call from myself. the fact the calls will pop up on screen as soon as they call in helps me massively in terms of making sure i can prioritise customers calling in. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

cloud talk is very easy to use and the implementation part is THUMBS UP. I have been using cloud talk now for a while and the experience is pretty good. I am able to connect with my prospects without any hindrances who resides abroad. I can able to make calls frequently and can able to connect with them and it's like making calls through our normal cell phone.

the experience is very good and would recommend to people who deals foreign clients to use this app for making calls. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The ease of use is pretty good. it offers support for various mobile and web platforms which makes it using quite easy. customer service is exceptional even tho they dont have any toll-free or customer support call lines however agents on chat pretty much resolve all the issues on time. getting it intergrated is also pretty easy since it has a native support for many CRMs. Calling rates are quite competetive as well. Overall we use it for our 2 different companies in India and we never had any major challenges with cloudtalk from the last 2 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The only downside with cloudtalk is if you're from india you'll have a hard time with billing as RBI guidelines has problems with credit cards being used. i really hope cloudtalk finds out a way to resolve this billing issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our major challenge was getting something which is handy and can used on any device since we have remote employees as well and cloudtalk does the job it supports Android, IOS, Windows and it supports web based calling too. Admin dashboard is pretty impressive it gives out all the data required to monitor the agents. getting new DIDs is also pretty easy and fast. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I work for marketing team and I do believe cultural rapport with the customers/prospects is a pivotal aspect when it comes to handling clients abroad. Cloud talk has helped me achieve this aspect with their international call plan facility. I am currently using it frequently for APAC countries.

Apart from this , I would also like to highlight few features of it - recording, calling review and reports. It helps me focus more on the conversation than worrying about the notes taking session.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

In few cases, I noticed that the call history, reviews and recording were not updated on the hubspot. Additionally, in my company cloud talk doesn't work on wifi, so we generally use our mobile hotspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intially I was using my company's international LAN facility for handling the ERP prospects for APAC. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Easy to use with basic functions. I also love the more difficult funckions and the fact that customer support (especially Lucia and Daniela, but also others) quickly and clearly help me understand the more difficult and complex mechanisms. What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The application certainly needs a few improvements, lacking basic functions such as visible missed callback attempts in missed inches. But it's also hard to set intelligent callbacks from the missed tab, when, for example, I actively use 3 phone numbers. In the analytics itself it also sometimes shows errors and e.g. I can't open call steps in a separate tab using the middle button only I am forced in the same tab and then when I return it returns me to the very beginning.
