Client book is a helpful tool to communicate with clients. The templates allow us to send messages quickly and reach more people. I really enjoy how clientbook syncs with edge and allows all the messages to show on the customers profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about clientbook is not having my assigned clients show up in my inbox and only in the stores inbox. I dislike that not all phone numbers from Edge are transferred to client book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy maneuvaribility and the ability to log very pertanent information.

I love the ability to keep up with my clients daily giving them the option to respond at their convenience.
