Clientbook is a desktop and mobile app that makes client management easy for thousands of retailers nationwide through our AI-powered features. What do you like best about Clientbook?

Client book is a helpful tool to communicate with clients. The templates allow us to send messages quickly and reach more people. I really enjoy how clientbook syncs with edge and allows all the messages to show on the customers profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientbook?

One thing I dislike about clientbook is not having my assigned clients show up in my inbox and only in the stores inbox. I dislike that not all phone numbers from Edge are transferred to client book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientbook?

Easy maneuvaribility and the ability to log very pertanent information.

Also, being able to set up events which will automatically trigger the next event.

What do you dislike about Clientbook?

Right now it's auto-assigning clients to sales associates according to the data being pulled from our POS system. This is creating some headaches right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to stay on top of our clients and having more control over the traffic in our stores. Knowing which people to reach out to and having that AI-suggested outreach is working out very nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientbook?

All software has its good and bad. Clientbook leans way more toward the easy to use, easy to manage and good for jewelry stores looking to clientelle better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no perfect software and good info in creates good info out. We do not always capture birthdays and anniversaries and this makes clientelling diffcult and not really the fault of Clientbook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientbook?

I love the ability to keep up with my clients daily giving them the option to respond at their convenience. On the backend, having knowledgeable customer service representatives makes troubleshooting or clarification so much easier to learn than other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
