Clientbook is extremely convienent. I have the ability to access customer inquiries at all times from my cellphone. This is great for customers who aren't in the area or are unavailable to come in for an appointment. Clientbook gives interactions a very "texting" feel - which helps clienting feel more intimate and personable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing to dislike about clientbook is that is it not possible to send videos. Sometimes certain stock displays beter via video and it would be helpful to have this as an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing about clientbook retail is being able to assist your clients on the go. It will remind you to follow up, life events, and gives you amazing tools to sell through text. I love the ability to send a product without having to take a personal picture. The premade templates are also a huge help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have just recently been having issues with clientbook. We have 2 locations and each time I send a message it says that my customer has contacted the other store even if they aren't allocated to it. Incredibly easy to use platform, perfectly build for jewelry retailers, great app version...keeps it simple! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows you to reach out to client's without having to always call them on the phone when they are at work, or may be busy during the day. You can send cad images, photos of product, and get quick answers from your clients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the send and close feature closes clients when using an I Phone app. There is not a feature to juyst send. Also the connection between our POS register and Clientbook creates an additional enbtry even when all the information matches. They should merge together if phone and address and name are the same.
