I simply thought this would be a service to assist me in accepting deposits on repairs or custom work. However, it's now become an essential part of my sales work flow; I use Clientbook practically every day.
Oftentimes customers will hear my sales pitch and want to step away to shop around and think things through. Historically, this has meant that once they leave my shop, it's just as easy for them to google things or start their research with another retailer than it is for them to come back into my shop to put down a deposit and get things rolling.
For a few months now, I've been following up my sales pitches with an email including the detiails of their estimate and a simple Clientbook link to pay the deposit. No less than 90% of people just review my email and make the payment same day. This is huge improvement over the 50/50 luck I had when people were leaving the store and I was asking them to come back for a deposit.
Clientbook makes it super easy to accept payments from people who are interested in your service while they're still a hot lead, which, as we all know, is essential to capturing those sales.

Keeping all of my leads organized in one central location. The reminders it gives me to follow up with certain customers based on the time of year, whether its time for wedding bands, a cleaning, or just to say hello. CLIENTBOOK has helped me grow my personal sales tremendously. The customer support team is always there to help with any questions or ides I might have. The edge integration is very seemless. Clientbook is so user friendly for everyone! From those who are super tech savy to those who are not. I love that it's super customizable to your company and your individual guest bases. For my team specifically, it's really taken a lot of time making calls away and given us more time to focus on the people in front of us. Our guest base loves being able to get a text and respond at their convenience vs playing never ending phone tag. On top of that, we all know cold calling is the WORST and now you can cold TEXT.
