What do you like best about Clientbook?

What do you like best about Clientbook?

I simply thought this would be a service to assist me in accepting deposits on repairs or custom work. However, it's now become an essential part of my sales work flow; I use Clientbook practically every day.

Oftentimes customers will hear my sales pitch and want to step away to shop around and think things through. Historically, this has meant that once they leave my shop, it's just as easy for them to google things or start their research with another retailer than it is for them to come back into my shop to put down a deposit and get things rolling.

For a few months now, I've been following up my sales pitches with an email including the detiails of their estimate and a simple Clientbook link to pay the deposit. No less than 90% of people just review my email and make the payment same day. This is huge improvement over the 50/50 luck I had when people were leaving the store and I was asking them to come back for a deposit.

Clientbook makes it super easy to accept payments from people who are interested in your service while they're still a hot lead, which, as we all know, is essential to capturing those sales.

I haven't experienced any issues with the links and it's really straight foward for myself and customers to use. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientbook?

Keeping all of my leads organized in one central location. The reminders it gives me to follow up with certain customers based on the time of year, whether its time for wedding bands, a cleaning, or just to say hello. CLIENTBOOK has helped me grow my personal sales tremendously. The customer support team is always there to help with any questions or ides I might have. The edge integration is very seemless. They are streamlining all of our text marketing efforts and giving us a better way to reach out to clients from a centralized platform. What do you like best about Clientbook?

Clientbook is so user friendly for everyone! From those who are super tech savy to those who are not. I love that it's super customizable to your company and your individual guest bases. For my team specifically, it's really taken a lot of time making calls away and given us more time to focus on the people in front of us. Our guest base loves being able to get a text and respond at their convenience vs playing never ending phone tag. On top of that, we all know cold calling is the WORST and now you can cold TEXT. There are a few glitches we are working through, however customer service and the Clientbook teams are wonderful to work with and easy to problem solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The countless people we have to reach out to on any given day for follow ups. We have set up automated messaging so that it's a quick easy way to follow up with those after sale whenever they need something cleaned, birthdays, anniversaries, and really anything it's a quick text versus a phone call and hoping that they answer. What do you like best about Clientbook?

The past month I started using Clientbook and it's been easy to navigate and pull up clients. The new AI feature helps me contact more clients throughout the day and personalize specific needs of each person. I have seen more people come into the store when we use client book to text them. I wish that the "Tags" feature when mass messaging was a This OR That not a This and That when selecting. Unfortunately sometimes I want to use multiple separate tags when targeting my audience instead of a audience that meets both tag categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
