"Powerful AI and Integrations Make ClickUp a True One-Stop Productivity Hub"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp uses Brain2, which is an AI to help support you in your tasks. It also wants to brand itself as a one-stop shop so that you won't need to go anywhere else for productivity. For example, it has a lot of integrations and it has a Loom alternative. The getting started tasks are helpful. The AI has good performance. The UI is okay. I'm currently using the free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The UX is not intuitive, and that's why there are getting started tasks. It also reminds me of a contractor. Even though the AI is designed to save you time, there are so many notes to review that it doesn't actually save time or improve your productivity performance. It reminds me of an article about AI use in Bank of America actually increasing their time and making them less productive. They also bombard you with emails, which I suppose is because I have the free plan. I don't trust it enough with certain integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Turned My Scattered Ideas into an Organized, Flexible System"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is its ability to adapt to the way I think. It lets me build systems that matches my logic rather than forcing me into cramped and rigid template. I use it to manage my teaching tasks, creative production, multiple content brands, publishing workflows, and many more. Its ability to accommodate detailed taxonomies and more. It helped me turrned scattered ideas into organized and traceable projects. It loads fast, and the UI is fantastic once you get used to it. It is an infrastructure behind my entire creative and professional system. I onboarded my students so they will have the eaarly familiarity with the software, and as they mature in their fields they will not need look further. The pricing is fair and I am certain if their scope in their profession widens, they will appreciate the cost to be marginal, as i have. I did not get to use the AI feature because i a wanted to get the feel of the system as being created by myself. But i was hoping to use Brain 2 to run my own workflow in automation. I intend to use this feature more often because as a used I rarely get lost. You think it and everything is automatically refined. This is a real leverage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There is nothing much except in times when i duplicate spaces, it is taking a bit too long to appear and then resist rearrangements. But i love discovering workarounds. It deepens my undertstanding of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Reliable Productivity Tool That’s Easy to Learn"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I have used both the free and paid versions of ClickUp, and it has been great so far. Whether it's for a professional team or personal task tracking, ClickUp has been a powerful and reliable tool to keep my productivity on top. I love how simple it is to use and understand. The UI is straightforward, and in situations where onboarding is required for a team to use ClickUp, it’s fairly easy to get everyone up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Depending on the type of user, getting started can feel overwhelming because it combines many features, including project management, a whiteboard, and AI. Introducing a more opinionated workflow for different types of users, such as product managers or travel agencies, might help with getting new users started faster. "ClickUp Simplifies Project Management and Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how it brings task management, project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration into one platform. The interface makes it easy to organize work, assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress in real time. I also appreciate the customizable views, dashboards, and automation features, which help reduce repetitive work and improve productivity. Overall, ClickUp has helped me stay organized, meet deadlines, and collaborate more effectively with my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

One area for improvement is the learning curve. Because ClickUp offers so many features and customization options, it takes time for new users to become comfortable with the platform. Some pages also take a little longer to load when working with large projects, and certain settings are spread across different menus, which makes them harder to find. Once you become familiar with the platform, these issues have less impact, but a simpler onboarding experience and improved performance would make it even better. "ClickUp’s Flexibility Streamlined Our Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is its incredible flexibility. The ability to customize statuses, custom fields, and views for each specific project has allowed our team to move away from using multiple disjointed tools. It has streamlined our workflow significantly, saving us hours of 'context-switching' every week Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The main downside is the steep learning curve. Because ClickUp is so feature-rich, it can be overwhelming for new users to set up initially. It takes quite a bit of time to configure everything correctly, which might be a barrier for smaller teams that need a 'plug-and-play' solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp: The Best, Best-Value Hub for Organizing Our Agency"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp makes it super easy to organize our systems and processes. It’s also easy to integrate AI, like MCPs, as well as their own AI.

We run our entire marketing agency on ClickUp, and I’d honestly say it’s the best tool in our tech stack.

On top of that, it comes at a very good price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There is a learning curve, but overall it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent tool for managing projects"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is its intuitive and user-friendly interface (UI/UX), which makes organizing daily work easier. It also offers a wide variety of integrations with other tools, making workflows more efficient. In terms of performance, the platform is usually fast and reliable for project management. I consider it offers a good price-to-value ratio (ROI), especially for the number of features included. Additionally, the onboarding process and support are helpful for getting started quickly. Finally, the AI features help automate tasks, summarize information, and improve overall productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

In general, my experience has been positive. If I had to point out an aspect to improve, I would say that the large number of features can make the platform a bit overwhelming at first for new users. Sometimes, some customization options take time to set up, but once adjusted, the user experience is quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Most Customizable Tool I've Used"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has completely changed how I organize my work, and I couldn’t be happier with it. What I love the most is how flexible it is—I can set up automations and adjust everything to match my own processes. It feels like it was made just for me. The colorful design makes it fun to use every day, and I really appreciate how the team keeps improving it. You can tell they care about making it better for users like me. I’m also blown away by the AI features! I use them all the time, and they just keep getting smarter. It’s amazing to see how much this tool grows with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The export and import process is a major pain point. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose data like comments or other important content during the process. This makes it unreliable and time-consuming.

Managing multiple ClickUp accounts is also overly complicated. On mobile, it’s especially challenging since I have to constantly log in and out to switch between accounts. A feature for seamless account switching would make a huge difference.

Lastly, I really dislike that there’s no simple way to merge two accounts or at least have a reliable export/import solution. The current process just doesn’t work as it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Centralizes Everything with Custom Views, Automations, and Robust Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp centralizes tasks, docs, goals, and communication in one place, cutting out the need for multiple tools. Its biggest strengths are the highly customizable views (list, board, calendar, Gantt) and automation features that adapt to different workflows, plus robust reporting/dashboards for tracking progress across teams and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The learning curve is steep — the sheer number of features and settings can feel overwhelming for new users. It can also get sluggish with large workspaces or complex projects, and notifications can pile up fast if you don't tune them early on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
