"Transformation in Ticket Management with ClickUp"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like the task management tool from ClickUp because it makes it easier to visualize priorities and organizes request histories. The new AI Super Agents tool is excellent because I was able to create an agent that summarizes the team's actions from the previous day and the current schedules, saving a lot of time and helping to focus on priorities. Additionally, ClickUp has proven to be more complete than Basecamp, especially with the task visualization and documentation tab, which previously required an external tool. The existing integrations in ClickUp also greatly facilitated our migration process, allowing us to upload all our records via API smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I don't really like the calendar tool for scheduling tasks. For me, there could be some extra settings, such as allowing the limitation of an employee's working hours, and not allowing scheduling for any time of the day. Additionally, I use the integration with Google Calendar and at times, even with the correct scheduling in ClickUp, for some reason the scheduling was not replicated in my Google calendar. (this happened to me a few times). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Task Tracking with Personalized Home Views"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like that it is easier to track tasks as everyone has their own "home" and can review their tasks by priority or structure them in a way that works best for each preference.

I also like as well that you can use the created templates and you can adapt them to your needs.

I love the support and that you can subscribe to a webinar to learn about the new features and ask any questions. That's a great customer support and consideration for the users.

We use the app on a daily basis and is perfect to track tasks, communication and to centralize information, is so easy to use as it is user-friendly, the implementation in my company was slow as my collegues find it difficult to learn a new application but that's the usual think on learning anything new I think it is the usual learning curve.

The integration to our standardization and onborading it is easier using Clickup as it is visual and you cna add many documents and images to the whiteboards that can work to show as a organigram and also link documents and spaces there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

For me, it is not about ClickUp; it is about people who don't take the time to learn about the app and find it "difficult".

I think it's user-friendly, and if you don't like receiving emails/notifications, you can update your settings. I really like everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best software I've ever used."
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Clickup allows me and my team to be more focused and productive. Collaboration tools are unparalleled. We interface with another company that uses teams and smartsheet exclusively, Clickup does everything better, faster, cleaner, and all in one platform. We use nearly all tools within clickup every single day. We would be lost without clickup. I personally haven't had to use customer support, but the amount of webinars and whatnot offered make me think personalized support would be easy to get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The biggest downside WAS the speed of the software. This was addressed within that past few months. Initial setup and getting the team trained and on the same page can be a bit of a growing pain, but well worth the investment. Getting your company fully integrated into clickup will take time, but again, is well worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Daily User Managing an Agency Team"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like that I can keep various agency projects separate yet streamlined. I appreciate that we can move through projects with clear milestones and the ability to communicate with the team easily. One of the features I love is that I can easily link neccessary docs, tasks, comments, etc into any fields where they're applicable. It makes it easy to navigate without going into separate windows and leaving what I was already working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Threaded chats and comments. I don't like how it takes me to a separate screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp? More like ProductivityUp"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is the highly customizable status tracking. It allows our team to see exactly where every task sits in the pipeline at any given moment, which ensures that nothing ever falls through the cracks and keeps our projects moving forward efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I dislike most is that sometimes it can be difficult to find a specific item if there's a lot going on at once. Because the platform is so feature-rich, the interface can feel a bit cluttered during high-intensity periods, making navigation slightly less intuitive than I'd like. "ClickUp has kept our business running smoothly, confidently, and with ease. Thank you ClickUp!"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has been crucial to keeping our business organized and structured. We use this for a few purposes. Task management, organization for documentation, SOP documentation, note taking, onboarding for new hires, and note taking. I find ClickUp to be user friendly. I also like how many automation capabilities there are within the platform. I think ClickUp also does a great job of consistently updating their platform for new capabilities. We have been using ClickUp for 3+ years and since we started, we have seen things like chat, global search, updated automation capabilities, and super agents come on board. I also appreciated the opportunities for trainings to help teach users about capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There can be glitches within the platform that cause errors within automations. We have had some instances where automations have not run which have caused some business errors. I will say that is every platform and happens with all tech. One thing I do love is how responsive ClickUp help desk is! Real humans are at the ready to help with issues. "Qcrew Review: ClickUp Keeps Our Team Organized with Flexible, Customizable Workflows"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has been a great tool for keeping our team organized and aligned. It makes it easy to manage projects, assign tasks, and track progress all in one place. I especially appreciate the flexibility—you can customize workflows, create templates, and adapt the platform to fit different team processes.

It’s been very helpful for building repeatable systems for things like SOPs, performance reviews, and project tracking. Having tasks, docs, and communication connected helps reduce back-and-forth and keeps everyone on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The platform can feel overwhelming when you’re first setting it up. With so many features and customization options, the learning curve can be steep for new users. Some settings are also buried in multiple layers, which can make simple changes take longer than expected.

Performance can occasionally be slow, especially when loading large lists or switching between views. Notifications can also become noisy if they aren’t carefully configured, which sometimes makes it harder to focus on the most important updates.

Lastly, while the flexibility is a strength, it can also lead to inconsistency across teams if clear standards or templates aren’t in place. A bit more guidance or simplified onboarding for best practices would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Custom Dashboards and Automations Made ClickUp Our All-in-One Hub"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has completely replaced Trello, Slack Threads and Gdocs for our company. What I love the most is the custom dashboards. I built one that shows all client projects with deadlines, budget status, and team. workload at a glance. The automations are a huge time saver too. When a task moves to client review it automatically notifies the right person and logs time. The doc feature is solid now for keeping strats and SOPS and the Ai helper is actually useful for quickly turning briefs into subtask. Super helpful overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Biggest issue was the steep learning curve at the start. so many features that everyone felt lost for the first few weeks. Mobile app is okay for quick checks but not for serious work. Search can also miss stuff when you have a lot of history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible Tool That Simplifies Project Management"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

It’s flexible and has an all-in-one approach. It lets me manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate with my team in one place. The different views it offers—like List, Board, and Calendar—fit my different needs and help me stay organized and stress-free. The main point is that it makes my work much simpler to organize and more efficient overall. It's part of my daily routine and gets set up in various places with the click of a button. I even use it to collaborate with clients, where they can directly create tasks for the new requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow when internet bandwidth is low, especially on larger and more complex projects. Notifications can also get cluttered if they aren’t managed well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Granular Task Tracking and Flexible Views Make ClickUp a Standout"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love the ability to get granular on tasks and subtasks so that conversations, progress, and supporting documentation can be tied to the specific item (versus a general email inbox that doesn't sort and organize the information in the same way). I also like the different views/visibility of the same information, the ability to tag teammates so that they can go directly to the task/subtask and conversation thread w/o searching through their inbox or chat messages. I also like that each item on my decision log/RFI log, etc. can be tracked by phase of progress and/or when it was created/opened/closed and whose court it is in. I'm amazed at the features this program offers and the value for the price (buh-bye Microsoft Planner). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I wish ClickUp offered more granularity with schedule development. It offers dependencies, but doesn't offer the ability to adjust them for the number of days before/after a specific task. It seems like they could easily adjust this consider they have "triggers" set up for other tasks. The ability to have these granular dependencies would make this a more comprehensive product and not require the need for additional scheduling software.

Additionally the "free" AI credits are creating issues with the "AI Summary" on my decision log. Even if something has not been changed or updated, the AI Summary "refreshes" after changing from one view to another, using all of my free credits to refresh a column that has no new updates. If I run out of credits, the program freezes and doesn't allow updates. I found this feature to be worthless and restrictive, so I finally had to remove that feature completely from my decision log. This was disappointing as I looking forward to receiving (running) summary updates to share with my client. Now I have to do that manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
