**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp’s interface the most, where everything is at my fingertips and easy to see a lot of information at once. It helps me look at my tasks at a glance, organize files within each task, write to my manager and coworkers, and easily navigate task descriptions and deadlines. I find it valuable to see task details, due date, status, comments, and attachments at a glance, as well as upcoming tasks and calendar events in the other window. Setting up ClickUp was pretty straightforward, especially for getting all the dashboards set up and task organization.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The thing that I struggle with is the replies within comments. When you have to click into a comment to see extra replies, sometimes I miss replies that were meant for me because they were buried in a thread. I wish the task comments were only one thread.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me glance at tasks, organize files, and communicate with my team. Its interface puts task details, due dates, status, comments, and attachments all in view, plus, I can manage upcoming tasks and events easily.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I think it's intuitive and clear as a project management software. It provides endless flexibility for users and useful to integrate as a GSuite user into my Google Calendar and Drive. It's simplicity is the strongest point, it's clear and clean. 
Being able to tap into a multitude of experts for customisation and support is great, which comes from the weight and success of it as a programme and one of the main go-tos for Project Management.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I find the performance has slowed somewhat as the Ai feautures and integrations are built in. The search function can also lag occassionally. 
The high level of flexibility can also lead to choice paralysis, and a need to reach out to experts to develop it for each business need.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project Management on a complete scale, tasks, data, responsibilities and deadline management.
Time recording. 
Excellent for remote and asynchronous working.
Quick access to information. 
Visually clear for links and attachments and abiliity to format text.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I really enjoy is the range of resources available for learning how to build, implement, research, and improve workflows. It’s also very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Certain export features like generating a pdf or not being able to nicely print forms, or to have the option to download your filled out form.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are so many ways it's benefiting the business. For one, after we've imported years of CRM data, project data, we have better searchability to see where we are lacking, who is not relevant anymore, and to view projects on a map. All things that were not easily possible previously.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like the channels in ClickUp, where we communicate and manage different projects on a single platform. It’s super helpful for organizing everything efficiently. The automation features are also great; they allow me to create different milestones and templates that can be applied at any time and any place, which is really time-saving. I feel that this automation aspect of ClickUp is much better compared to what we used before. It helps me automate stuff and manage projects really well.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I found it really difficult to learn how to use templates and each automation feature. I had to figure it out on my own, mostly by watching YouTube videos and through trial and error. There should be an AI or a guide to help when I'm stuck. The training part definitely needs improvement.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to save time by managing multiple projects simultaneously, preventing me from getting lost. It integrates customer service, product development, and project management to streamline everything on a single platform. It also offers useful channels and automation for easier project management.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like most about ClickUp is its very user-friendly interface. It's clean and sleek, making it easy for me to use. The color schemes and navigation are things I enjoy about ClickUp. In the workspaces, it's easy to see the different spaces on the left side, and channels and direct messages are clear to me. I can easily see the list view and board view of any data, which makes it pretty easy to navigate and manage tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it was not easy for me to upload images inside a ticket, especially in the ticket details view. As a new user, it was a bit difficult for me to understand how to upload the image. But later on, I got used to it and was able to use it correctly. Also, the navigation might need some improvement. In the list view of any project, there's a lot on the screen, so it would be easier if only the necessary things were shown instead of everything. That would be a more user-friendly approach.

I use ClickUp for task management. Initially, uploading images was challenging, but I adapted. It streamlines task navigation with a user-friendly interface, making it easy to manage projects.

I use ClickUp to manage projects, log tasks, and keep track of performance as part of the CS team. It solves my customer success workflow problems, enhances team collaboration, and improves project management efficiency. I really appreciate that it keeps everything in one place, offering super great visibility. I love the new super agents, and being recognized as a ClickUp Power User was a unique experience compared to other tools I've used. The automations are particularly valuable, making tracking seamless. I can train workspace triggers, automate status updates, task assignments, and more. It's like bliss having everything automated by the triggers I select. The initial setup was easy for me, and I found ClickUp to be somewhat similar to Asana.

I can't think of any specific issues, but maybe if they could introduce more formal invoicing and billing.

I really like how ClickUp helps me manage my tasks and docs in one single workspace, which ensures our team stays updated throughout the process and no one misses any important tickets. I especially like the Brain MAX and AI Agents, as I use them a lot. They keep everything in sync and help us move faster without getting bogged down in non-productive tasks. The initial setup of ClickUp was easy and hassle-free.

Sometimes having multiple features in a single workspace makes the overall interface look bloated and cluttered. It would be good if the interface could be simplified when working with large scale projects and there's too much on the interface.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp in my daily work routine, and my entire work routine is managed within it. I like having everything on a single platform and the ease of integration with other tools, especially with Google Calendar, which makes it easier to organize tasks and events without the risk of overlapping activities at the same time. Task management is something that works especially well for me. Additionally, I found the initial setup of ClickUp very intuitive, without difficulties.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I believe that if it were possible to configure more the events created for my Google or Teams calendar within ClickUp, it would make things much easier. If it were possible to access the email inbox and respond from within ClickUp, it would help a lot too. Here I need to create calendar links for the company's trainers, and for that, to put another person as a co-organizer of the event in Teams, for example, I need to leave ClickUp and access Teams, create and configure the event there, and then return to ClickUp.

I use ClickUp for organizing demands, prioritizing tasks, and understanding how much time I spend on each activity. This gives me predictability of my time. I like having everything on one platform and the ease of integration with other tools.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find ClickUp easy to use for the entire team, which is great. I really like the flexibility and the flexible apps that ClickUp offers. The data I can input into the database is really rich and useful for follow-ups in every kind of task, post-sale, and in sales pipelines. It's very viable because it allows for smooth transitions between team members, making sure everyone knows what was solved for a client and can give the correct follow-up and closure.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I know they're already working on customized fields for different task types, and that will be amazing because right now it's the one thing I don't really love. But, also, I would love some real-time form calculator for the dashboard screen.

ClickUp gave me order and communication, also control over tasks. It ensures that our client pipeline is well attended.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how intuitive a lot of the list/view and filter features are for our team to use or quickly learn. I personally like using custom fields and super agents or automations to make our data and workflows even more powerful. The custom fields allow our teams to organize many of our different types of operations and information easily, while allowing us to cross-reference things across different views. I've found automations useful for setting task templates, adding subtasks, and checklists when needed to push projects along without having to manually update everything. The integration with HubSpot for our sales, leads, quoting, and invoicing is also set up and works well.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think a warning of potential duplicate/similar custom fields could be helpful because like I mentioned, we have some fields that could've been used across lists instead of creating another similar field. I also would like to see more powerful connections when it comes to relationships between lists.

ClickUp helps us manage projects and data more accurately, reducing errors by connecting information that was previously isolated in Google Sheets.

I like that ClickUp has so many options to keep tabs and have multiple schedules. It really helps me to maintain both my lifestyle and my business. I use it to set reminders and stay on task with certain things, which is very helpful since I juggle my bakery business and my school work. It's great for marking off assignments, making grocery lists, and ensuring that I apply to scholarships and complete homework assignments.

Honestly it is pretty useful, but I wish that it was a little more detailed in how to use the website itself, because that's what I really struggled with. Just how to use and organize more efficiently. The initial setup was easy, but I was a little confused on how to use it overall.

It’s flexible and includes a number of solid tools that add features beyond basic project tracking. Pricing at lower tiers is good, although some features may be missing. Support is responsive. AI features offer some enhancements, but sometimes fall short. They are being refined and improved all the time, however.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Some of the tools can be limited. The UI is inconsistent and sometimes actively gets in the way. Integrations with other apps and systems are a mixed bag, but generally pretty decent. Performance can be slow at times, but is generally acceptable.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's our source of truth tool for project tracking on a SaaS development team. Dashboards are particularly nice for filtering work for individuals and showing stakeholders where things are in the system. We use some of the other features like AI for generating first drafts of docs, release notes, etc.

The mobile app doesn't have a simple mode. I ended up using To-doist on my pbone because I like their simple app . Click up provides way more functionality but sometimes I just want to whittle that down to only certain options when I'm mobile

Just keeping organized. I can throw all my checklists and mental notes into one ticket which really helps me make sure I don't miss anything and have Ito look up later when I need a refresh on that project.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like that ClickUp helps me keep everything in one place, which is crucial for organizing myself. I can share files, take notes on the go, and write down descriptions, and I appreciate that AI can be used with all these features together. The flexibility and adaptability of ClickUp are also great, as I need different approaches for different tasks. The fact that I have one place to write down what I do for every task and track what needs to be completed is very important when returning to projects. Starting up was also very easy because I used the AI to help me get started.

The mobile app could be better and the extra cost for all AI functions. Also too much notifications. When I open the app, the interface is not similar to the one that I have created in desktop. I don't know if this is adaptable.

My favorite part of ClickUp is that you can customize the statues based on which space you're in. Our team is split into two sides that use ClickUp collaboratively and uniquely to each half of the team. This customization is incredibly helpful because of our structure.

I really wish that you could place a due date on action items. Sometimes we have to get into the nitty gritty with those.

It’s a great way to manage projects with AI, time management, document creation, chat, and plenty of other tools. ClickUp still surprises me almost every week, especially when I see the updates and the new features they’ve implemented.

Some aspects weren’t immediately clear to me at the beginning. At first, it can come across as complicated, and it took me a little time to understand how everything fits together.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I think my experience with ClickUp has been pretty solid. I resubscribed to it because of a recent change that made the app more solid. I like its simplicity; it's really simple to use overall. The workspace feature is what I value the most because it helps me stay more organized. I like that it allows me to create the workspace and customize the fields depending on the type of workspace I'm creating, which is pretty cool. Also, the initial setup of ClickUp was easy.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The navigation and the AI agents are confusing as ****. I feel like ClickUp is too closed off. I can't really, like, use it with tools like Claude. I want to do a big brain dump but can't, so I think I need to build my own tool for that.

I use ClickUp for task management overall. It helps track time and projects, keeping related tasks organized, even though it can be confusing sometimes.

I like that it makes cross-functional collaboration within the company easier, especially on projects where multiple teams need to coordinate and finalize their tasks in order to complete the work.

I don’t like that I sometimes get lost between projects and workspaces, since so many teammates use them and create new ones. It also took me some time to get used to the way everything is organized.

It is solving the burden of informal communication and task assignment between teams. Oftentimes information would get lost and projects would take longer to conclude because we would be working across different platforms and messaging systems like slack

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the ClickUp interface and the artificial intelligence integrated into it. What I like most is that the API is open, and I was able to connect my own artificial intelligence to ClickUp. This is very convenient, as the agent can perform tasks and compile requirements, saving me about 90% of the time on routine work. I also like the design of ClickUp and the overall vibe of the platform.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I categorically dislike the tabular format in ClickUp, the table is just terrible, unfortunately, they are impossible to use, and I have to insert Google Sheets everywhere, whose functionality is, of course, significantly better and more pleasant. Also, documents do not work very well, frequent bugs and unexpected behavior are noticeable, for example, if you make the text bold and then remove the bold formatting, the cursor for some inexplicable reason moves to the very end of the text. This is just one of many bugs that occur when working with documents, I write requirements quite often, and this is extremely inconvenient for me. The bugs are mainly related to formatting. Further regarding the RoadMap, it is not very convenient to use because there are large delays, and the representation you have initially appealed to me and it would be interesting to continue interacting with it, but I understand that due to these lags, it is much easier for me to enter everything I have into Google Sheets.

I use ClickUp to systematize and structure information and make it a single source of truth for teams working on products. This helps my team become more organized and efficient.

I like how customizable and all-in-one ClickUp is. It lets me keep my tasks, notes, and projects all in one place, which makes it much easier to stay organized. Having everything centralized makes work and personal responsibilities much simpler and less overwhelming. ClickUp helps me stay organized by centralizing assignments, research deadlines, and classes all in one system, solving the problem of scattered information. It also aids in prioritization and time management. The initial setup was pretty easy, even though it took some time to figure out the layout.

I have had some regularly occurring issues signing in or receiving reset emails, but for the most part it's amazing!

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp is extremely flexible and works well as a single execution system across teams. At GobbleCube, we use it to manage GTM, CSM, product, automation, and internal operations in one place. The biggest strength is how customizable everything is. Custom fields, task hierarchies, dependencies, automations, and views let us model our real business workflows instead of forcing us into a rigid structure. Once set up properly, it replaces multiple tools and reduces a lot of manual coordination.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The main limitation is reporting and analytics. ClickUp does not have strong native pivot tables or advanced data analysis capabilities. For teams that rely heavily on metrics, aggregations, and slicing data in different ways, this becomes a gap. We often need to export data to Google Sheets or external tools to do deeper analysis. Improving built-in pivots and reporting would make ClickUp significantly stronger.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us centralize execution and accountability across the company. Before ClickUp, work was fragmented across Slack, spreadsheets, and multiple tools. Now, every task, dependency, SLA, and owner is visible in one system. This has reduced follow-ups, improved delivery timelines, and made cross-team coordination much smoother. For GobbleCube, ClickUp also acts as the backbone for automation, where tasks are created and updated automatically based on events from CRM and data systems.

I use ClickUp daily as a developer at the company where I work, and it helps me keep everything organized, especially when I'm dealing with multiple tasks and priorities at the same time. I really like the option to set priorities, something I find very interesting for work management tools. One of the main positive points of ClickUp is its flexibility, as I can easily see tasks in subtasks, organize everything into lists and sprints, and visualize my progress in a very visual way both in lists and table format. This helps a lot in day-to-day activities. Another thing I really like is the ability to brainstorm as a team, where everyone can fill in the board and discuss solutions. ClickUp supports these amazing functionalities, which we use a lot in the company. The option to move tasks to sprints easily and intuitively is also something I find very interesting and good. I like being able to use whiteboards for brainstorming and also to keep documentation within ClickUp itself.

I feel that I had some difficulty because it was very confusing at the beginning, due to the high flexibility, especially for new users. I like how ClickUp's UI is pretty friendly and how easy it is to train others on it once you build out a space. It's great for organizing multiple projects in major programs. It's like a happy middle ground between random physical organization and highly structured methods, which makes it valuable. I've been having an absolutely fantastic time with it, and I've recommended it to peers and other companies. Even though I wasn't sold on it at first, coming from Asana, after using it for a month and a half, I'm finding it a lot better. It's a really nice software.

Some of the templates seem a little restrictive, and there could be a lot more. Sometimes the AI misses the mark when I ask for help, but that's not something I care about too much. Alternate versions of those templates and just more templates in general would be nice, as there are specific scenarios where I'd want to tailor a space, which is a big part of project management.

It's really fun to watch when I set blockers for certain tasks, open the gateway once the parent task is complete, and then see all the subtasks getting ticked off. The colors and makeup of the interface remind me of a gaming experience and keep me entertained while doing my job. I also appreciate how pretty the user interface of ClickUp is, especially since I work at night and can switch to dark mode, making it easier on the eyes. Everything is clear and the colors help me navigate and understand what's happening, especially when I add tags for various departments and run scrum meetings. I think the seamless workflow and design of the app makes it really easy and fun for me to use. I think something that could be improved is task reminders. If I set up a task for my paid media specialist to run and allocate four and a half hours over five days, the task shows up in the workload across all those days, but there is no reminder each day. Or I change assignees on that view but it doesn't update - I need to fully refresh the webpage. I usually don't mind the 'slowness' but when things disappear because CU didn't load it correctly it's a bit annoying.

I really enjoy using the Gmail integration to create tasks directly from my emails for myself or my team. I have two different roles at my job, and they definitely improve my performance in both roles, especially for our monthly bookkeeping tasks. It's fairly easy to onboard new clients onto ClickUp, our project management system. Onboarding new employees to understand how our team uses ClikcUp is a lot to take in. We do appreciate the number of tutorials listed online to assist with this. We do not use AI or other forms of intelligence at my job due to the negative environmental impacts. I do not know how much ClickUp costs, but I do know that the pricing does not outweigh the benefits. We previously used Karbon and Trello - ClickUp is far superior, and the ROI is great! I would say the UI/ UX is overall great. I do not really enjoy the most recent update to the menu, but it's not the end of the world, it's just a few extra Clicks.

I can manage projects, chat, do virtual calls, manage my calendar, and use AI agents to assist with work. Chat helps me communicate efficiently with the team, and having tasks in the same software makes it easy to reference and move from chat to making tasks. The virtual calls make transitioning from chat to talking seamless. The AI agents help with general email and calendar assistance, competitive research, as well as grant research and planning. The initial setup was very easy. I have about 19 people using ClickUp together in my workspace. I also connect it with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, GitHub, and Zoom.

I found that the user interface was a bit overwhelming. There are so many features and options and so many places to click. It took me a lot of exploring and it felt like there was a lot of visual clutter. I tend to prefer a little bit more streamlined interface. I did find certain features a little bit challenging because the interface was so busy.

I like that ClickUp has turned into a complete product suite, so we don't have to jump onto different platforms just to get stuff done. It helps us solve the issue of having multiple software since we need to integrate them, and ClickUp has everything that we need. I also appreciate that its chat feature works well with other aspects of ClickUp. I can create a task, link a document, or link a ticket directly from the chat. The initial setup was pretty easy too; we just add users, and it's done.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes when I just want to open a single task or do a single thing, it feels like everything is trying to open up at the same time. It's like ClickUp is trying to load everything at once, and sometimes it feels buggy and lagged.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to store customer and project information, make it easy to keep track of jobs, and prevent overbooking. I really appreciate how it prevents repeated data entry. The feature where customers can enter their personal and project data themselves via a Form directly into ClickUp saves a lot of time. ClickUp's scheduling is handy, allowing me to view the schedule in List, Board, Calendar, Gantt, and more. The ease of sharing project information with collaborators is a plus. I find the internal and external collaboration features with messaging and screen share meetings, white boards, and more excellent. I also enjoy that ClickUp offers AI within the workspace and Super Agents to automate repetitive tasks. I find the combination of List and Calendar views far superior to just the Gantt Chart view. And linking ClickUp with Dropbox to hold site photos, Docs, PDFs, and more makes organizing everything smooth.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp currently is not able to add data from custom fields into a Template. Currently, the Super Agent re-creates a new ClickUp Doc using an existing ClickUp Doc Template as a reference. This almost works. However, formatting of the original ClickUp Doc Template is lost with Table Columns being resized, text highlighting being removed and other font and layout changes. Learning ClickUp was initially confusing. However, once I asked AI the right questions, it started to fall into place.

I use ClickUp to store information and manage projects efficiently. It prevents repeated data entry, automates tasks with AI, and improves collaboration with various viewing options like List, Board, and Calendar. It saves time and helps keep track of tasks to prevent overbooking.

I like that I'm able to generate my own to-do lists within each project. It's easy to track my tasks related to the project all in one place. I work on numerous projects at once, so this helps keep things straight. The team is able to easily see where the status of a project is and any other pertinent information relating to the project, which is particularly helpful when I am out of office and someone needs to access my projects due to a client or contractor question.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't like the email feature. It's just not as streamlined as I would like it to be. I don't like that I have to send the initial email thread through ClickUp - and then if the client emails me on a different thread, that string of communication is no longer in ClickUp. We had to hire someone for the initial setup, and it took her about a week.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp lets my team see project statuses and info easily, helping when I'm out. I can make to-do lists for each project, keeping my tasks organized across multiple projects.

I like the flexibility of ClickUp. It is possible to adapt the platform to practically any reality, from a pet shop to a large technology company, you can use ClickUp perfectly in various sectors and for various purposes. Currently, we use ClickUp for team task management and, as an agency, we have teams with various specialties and purposes. It works to manage all of them. Additionally, we use it in all sectors, administrative, sales as CRM, technical support, and much more!

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't see many bad aspects, but I believe a novice client will have quite a bit of difficulty due to the considerably large learning curve. The excess of features can create mental chaos for someone who is just starting.

I use ClickUp for process management, team time, and task distribution. It is flexible and adapts to various sectors, facilitating the management of teams with different specialties.
