What do you like best about ClickSend?

It's a product that can send SMS, email, rich media, direct mail, and other forms of communication to your staff and customers. It's a reliable, easy-to-use messaging solution for all businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

Nothing to dislike. It is helpful but can be a bit expensive. It allows for 160 characters per text message and is charged. But it permits sending "push notifications" to users of progressive web apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about ClickSend?

The API (Zapier, Make.com) is excellent and it's easy to automate updating your lists. This elimiantes manual updates. Easy to register the number (as is now requreired). Customer support is the absolute best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

It is missing basic features. If you get a reply, there's no flag in the Messenger to let you know there's a new text reply. The interface is odd sometimes, not sure why there's a difference between Quick SMS and a Campaign. The Camapign is actually more restrictive and it doesnt allow you to select multiple lists, like the Quick SMS option does. It's odd. There's a delay in sending a message as they reivewed somehow. What do you like best about ClickSend?

Clicksend is a swiss army knife of marketing. I've used it to send text campaigns, one-off text messages, postcards, and letters all priced great. The print quality is great and mail times fast. It can also do text-to-speech calls, fax, and emails. I love that I can plug it into my CRM (ActiveCampaign) and trigger different actions based on different triggers. What do you dislike about ClickSend?

Not much to dislike. It does what it is supposed to do, it was easy to set up, and their online, email and call customer center is incredibly patient and helpful. THeir email newsletters are very entertaining and I even look forward to them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a way to trigger automated text messages as part of my new client onboarding and lead nurture campaigns. What do you like best about ClickSend?

The service offered great rates, was user-friendly, and had a straightforward authentication process. As my team required a mass contacting service, I was able to send my first message before lunchtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

I wish there wasn't a character limit for messages. It's frustrating to send multiple messages or edit my content to fit the limit. It would be great if the platform could allow extended notifications, especially for essential communications requiring more detailed explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Click Send, we can send hundreds of customized text messages all at once, and I appreciate the exciting automation features it offers. The ability to schedule messages and receive replies directly to my phone is also a great plus. What do you like best about ClickSend?

ClickSend's easy-to-use tools help us develop and execute marketing campaigns better, and we can customize several funnels to meet the needs of all potential clients. It's great how easy it is to set up contact lists, and it helps with its ability to integrate with our CRM system. I also find the procedures for designing advertising campaigns very simple, as there are many ready-made templates that can be easily customized to meet our content. I did not face many difficulties, as the support team helped us with the procedures for linking with other applications that we use to deal with workflow and customer management, which enabled us to manage all marketing campaign activities from one platform. NOTHING AT ALL. TERRIBLE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD RESPONSE TIME. BAD APP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU TRUST A FOREIGN COMPANY. FIND ANOTHER SERVICE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took about a month to get the service setup. They would ask me the same questions over and over again and every time I would respond, it would take a week to get and answer from them. Once it finally got set up, it would not integrate with Google Calendar. The only way to speak to tech support is through chat. They said they would have the dev team review the issue and get back to me. FIVE DAYS LATER, I had to ask if there was any progress. Of course, there isn't. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! What do you like best about ClickSend?

I use ClickSend in nonprofits serving individuals who have experienced homelessness. The pricing is good and the UI is intuitive and not challenging to learn or training others how to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickSend?

Although ClickSend has several integrations for connecting the app to external third party data sources (Google Sheets, Airtable, et al.), there doesn't seem to be an option for creating and maintaining contact lists from live data.
