As a B2B-oriented business, we like the number of features Cleverbridge offer when dealing with corporate customers. The API is extensive and well documented with technical staff ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementation of checkout / self-service pages is somewhat awkward and slow. As a customer we don't have full control of the checkout process and its appearance. Most of the changes - even cosmetic ones - need to be implemented by Cleverbridge staff, which sometimes takes weeks. While we can manage most aspects of our products, pricing, and license delivery, some properties still need to be implemented and hardcoded in by CB staff, which seems odd as we would be able to modify that staff much more promply ourselves, given the right tools, and free up CB staff from additional overhead. I've been using Cleverbridge for more than 5 years, and I must say, the most valuable and useful feature for me is the reporting and analytics. The metrics and level of detail provided is exactly what I need. Overall Cleverbridge reporting helps me to answer any business questions and address any requests in minutes.
