What do you like best about ClearCompany?

As a newcomer to the recruiting space, ClearCompany has provided me with exceptional tools to create a robust recruitment and hiring process. The organization of the ClearCompany site is wonderful. Everything is laid out in a very user-friendly way which makes the site easy to learn and navigate. I especially love the 'Talent University' feature where you can learn more about strengthening your organization's recruitment process. Our organization's customer success manager is always quick to respond when we are looking for additional assistance and is thorough in her explanations. The icing on the cake is how intelligently ClearCompany interacts with our HRIS system - moving someone over from 'applicant' to 'employee' has never been an easier process! What do you dislike about ClearCompany?

What do you like best about ClearCompany?

We've been using Clear Company since 2016, implementing the recruitment module first, then onboarding a few years later. Both implementations went well, moving as fast or slow as we wanted. Ongoing customer service is outstanding. We have a monthly call that addresses new features and any concerns we have. The platform is stable and I can recall only a handful of times when it went down, and tech support was always on it and the site was back up in no time. Other times I've reached out to tech support have also been great; speedy responses and resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearCompany?

Clear Co is great and they continue to make enhancements and listen to customer feedback. One thing I haven't shared but would like to see is more sort and filter functionality on the recruitment platform - specifically on the Requisition tab to function more like Excel with filtering options. What do you like best about ClearCompany?

The staff has been great to work with and are always prompt in helping troubleshoot or brainstorm ideas. After having three different LMS options for employees, this has been the one that admin roles have preferred the most for ease of use. We are able to use multiple features that our other systems did not have to comply with our needs; specifically, we love being able to create evaluations for on-the-job skills. What do you dislike about ClearCompany?

Haven't really found a dislike yet. Most of the problems have been from our side as the users. The integration in with our HRIS could have been a bit smoother, but we had to have three departments on the call just to get clarity on how we proceed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClearCompany?

As a recruiter, I have used several ATS's and ClearCompany is my favorite! It is very user friendly . It is easy to navigate, update, and the candidate workflows makes sense. I love the ability to text or email the candidate within the system, and being able to respond on my phone or email inbox without having to be logged in and working directly in the system. What do you dislike about ClearCompany?

The only downside I have found is in the Onboarding Setup. Editing New Hire Packet Templates is not as straight forward or user friendly. That area of the system could definitely use some improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClearCompany?

I really appreciated that while the company and new system was not at all known at first, our Sales person and the Implementation person were both very patient and understanding. They allowed us to take the time needed to consider the options, and also to learn the system and details. That is not found in many companies anymore. What do you like best about ClearCompany?

I love how adaptable inavigate and utilise. Its adaptability is particularly commendable, allowing seamless integration into our existing systems and workflows. The feature I appreciate most is its robust grouping and automatic assignment capabilities, which streamline the training process and significantly reduce administrative burdens. Additionally, Brainier offers a plethora of reporting options, both customisable and pre-built, catering to diverse analytical needs. What do you dislike about ClearCompany?

While Brainier excels in many aspects, one minor inconvenience I've encountered is the manual addition of access for new hires to existing trainings. Although this may be attributed to my own oversight, it would be beneficial to explore automated solutions for this task to further enhance efficiency and alleviate administrative overhead. What do you like best about ClearCompany?

I have used many LMS solutions and Brainier is by far the easiest. Their suppoer is the best. I love our Implementation Specialist. The training, weekly meetings, Brainier Experience platform, and everything that comes along with it has made it a breeze to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClearCompany?

Navigation of the Brainier platform is so simple, from both a user and an administrator perspective it's like night and day compared to other system. Our users enjoy the fun element of levelling up their 'Brainiac status' by earning badges for activities on the system. Implementation was a breeze with a dedicated impmentation manager from Brainier assigned to our project - she took the time to consider how the platform can best align with our organizational needs and structure. Brainier also actively reviews customer ideas/requests for site features and functionality - they truly care about the end user experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearCompany?

Although there is QR code functionality for accessign content on the site, it could be enhanced to broaden the application of this feature - it is my undertstanding that their support team is already planning an enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found it challenging to upload information from our marketitng team to the "whats New" part of the landing page for learners. This really only allows for text to be entered, not images, links of interactive informational updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
