What do you like best about Circula?

With Circula, I can now directly and at any time upload all receipts via smartphone right after the expense, so probably little is lost.

Additionally, I can enter travel expenses in just a few steps and very simply.

Simple and good overview of submitted receipts/travel expenses.

Our HR department certainly has less effort, and coordination among each other is very smart.

I use Circula very gladly and regularly, also because the integration in the company worked perfectly and the operation is easy and feasible for everyone - also due to some great training videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circula?

Had a very smooth experience submitting receipts for work related costs. Our company just started using the tool and it couldn't be easier. No long conversations on emails and easy to track the expenses made so far and the status Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Die Texterkennung funktioniert in ca. 80 % der Fälle gut.

Optimierungsvorschläge:

- automatische Erkennung der Kategorie z. B. Übernachtung

- automatisches Zuschneiden des eingescannten Beleges z. B. wie bei Microsoft Lens

- beim Hochladen von der ersten Quittung direkt die Möglichkeit haben, einen Ordner anzulegen, sofern man dies vorher nicht schon getan hat

Sending receipt manually and also the calendar is a little bit tricky. I didn't notice that I had to put the day first instead of month and year Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circula?

The integration with the credit card provider is amazing: no double checking values, nothing to create.

Forwarding the receipts and instantly adding them to the automated created expenses is incredibly easy.
