Circula is an easy-to-navigate and user-freindly tool, with which one can quickly submit work expenses of different projects/ travels. I can have a quick overview of all my expenses, sort them and add to them later on in the system. I frequently use Circula after each work trip and implement it in my daily work. Our company just started using Circula for our expenses and wow... have never seen such an intelligent system before. I used my physical card to buy some office supplies and immediately got a notification on the app to fill out the details and upload a receipt. Top marks!
Not only will this help my forgetful self to finish my expense reports immediately, but it also prevents any confusion with my accounting team. We had understood from advertisements that an integration, or compatibility at least, with Travel Perk would be possible. This has not been the case and we are quite disappointed that although our preset cost centers are noted in Travel Perk when booking, they are not shown in Circula and only the total amount paid is shown - no breakdown of any kind is provided.
