Using the Circula app to register my costs has been a game-changer compared to my previous experiences in both a small company and a government organization. Previously, getting trip costs approved and refunded was a cumbersome process, requiring extensive communication with accounting and navigating through a lot of red tape. Additionally, I had to deal with a lot of paperwork, which was time-consuming and inefficient. With Circula, the process is completely digital, saving a significant amount of time for both the company and me personally. The streamlined and efficient nature of Circula makes expense management much simpler and less stressful. Overall, I love the fully digital process and how it has greatly improved the way I handle expense reporting.

While my experience with the Circula app has been largely positive, there are a few downsides I've encountered:

- Sometimes the automatic recognition is not perfect
- The interface can be unintuitive at times
- Sending JPG files via email sometimes raises errors

There is no Input field for such as a Project Number. it would be great to bind the invoice with a specific project Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first I did not understand how to combine two (or more) uploaded PDFs into one cost item. Furhermore, there are no free text boxes in which I can explain about a receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me the best thing is just to drag and drop all invoices in, and that's nearby everything you have to do. I remember systems where i have to put all informations like Tax, Vat seperately in and sometimes you have to calculate by your own. That was taking so much time, that i can save now with Circular. Some fields you have to fulfill don't show the needed option that you might need to use. Some options like Cost Centre seem to have a wrong name (comparing number with naming).
