I recently tried the Circular app for my expense reports, and I must say, I'm genuinely impressed. It's incredibly user-friendly. Just snapping a photo of receipts, and the app automatically captures all the necessary data, which saves me a ton of time and hassle. The features like automatic currency conversion are super handy, especially when I'm traveling for work. I even reached out to their customer service with a question once, and the response was quick and helpful. For me, Circular has become an essential tool that makes my life easier. Das Hochladen der Belege über die App direkt nach einem Geschäftstermin spart mir tatsächlich ein wenig Zeit und Nerven.
Automatische Funktionen: Circula automatisiert einige Schritte, wie zum Beispiel die Umrechnung von Währungen, was eine praktische Hilfe ist. Früher musste ich das manuell machen, und ehrlich gesagt, war das immer ein Punkt, den ich aufgeschoben habe.

It is possible to submit travel expenses within seconds. The app is used almost every day. Setting up the app was very easy. For questions or other topics, you can contact support. There are various features like exporting invoices from emails or linking with payment service providers that directly forward the booking to the app. This is a good integration. At my previous work, I have to copy the google sheet template and have to fill it out. Using circular, I don't have to worry about if it's right format or not. Just fill out the text field and it's done. Super simple and I like that I could see the status of my expensese. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I was veeery confused is uploading muptiple file/image on one expense. For instance, at my company, to get reimbursed we have to attached screenshot of slack/email. I was not sure how to do that. I created multiple expenses one for submitting cost and one for attaching approval. After couple of attempt, I figured it out, attach more file is hidden in "options". Also the text saying "Upload receipt" seems like if I upload receipt, it will remove the current one. I was afraid of that. I would expect something like "Upload another receipt" "Add more receipts".
Also I use Circular normally to submit my expenses so I usually use only [Expenses] tab, and the rest is not really clear what they are for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
