-The communication and alignment part helps me to send email,check the status of my request and wait for the respond.

-Background process work pretty effeciently as it only takes few days for expense to be reimbursed and incase anything falils,it is easy to determine the root cause.

-Automatic invoice recognition saves time and minimizes manual input,allowing for a faster and more accurate claim submission.

-Claim status keeps me informed about the status of my claims,eliminating the need to follow-up manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circula?

It is very easy to get all attachements for your Travel Expanses together by just shooting a Photo with your mobile. Most times (75%) the Scanner automatically gets the details like amount automatically. Setup was super easy, I could stark within 5 Minutes and finish my first travel expanses. Best thing is, while on a Journey I can already "scan" all vouchers . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circula?

It is so extremely simple and intuitive to use that no explanation is required. Before, I always had to fill out unnecessarily complex forms, scan receipts, transfer data and so on. Here, I simply drag and drop the receipt, the program automatically pulls all the information and that's it. Simply fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inefficient voucher submission has cost an unnecessary amount of time, not only for the submitter but also for the administration. Circular has now standardized this, channeling and structuring the submission and settlement of receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
