I like that it is simple and straightforward. I am an employee so I don't see the backend but I see it is highly customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circula?

I find the folder structure confusing

Maybe only a feedback about our own system but some list field options are not translated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circula?

I like how easy it is to simply submit the invoices online, instead of printing and filling out a cost form. Once the invoice is uploaded, all the necessary information are extracted by Circula, which makes it much faster. The reimbursement have been processed without much hindrance so far. It has smoothly integrated in to our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circula?

A space for remarks while submitting the cost seems to be missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Circula solving and how is that benefiting you?

The hassle of having to print the travel invoices and fill out the internal cost form is gone. Further, if there are any remarks from the financing department or if the invoice has some issue, it is communicated digitally, which makes it easier for me as well as the finance department. The UI is very clean and straightforward, therefore the process of adding new expenses is quite easy.

What do you like best about Circula?

I love how easy Circula makes it to get reimbursed for extra costs I have for our company's buddy lunch programm where a more senior person invites newcomers to lunch. It makes it simple to enjoy my meal as well as get the refund for the costs in a few days, with few steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
