What do you dislike about Chatbot.team?

Setting up Chatbot.team was a genuine cerebral pain. The connection point appeared to be excessively intricate for what it is, and the documentation wasn't clear all of the time. What do you like best about Chatbot.team?

While using Chatbot.team, our customers were happy as this tool reduced our workload and overall it improved our customer support. It minimizes human efforts and works as an AI employee within your team to respond to customer queries. It was used for each query we received from any customer, and it worked great.
