We enjoy the personable approach and the strong relationship we have with our AM and the rest of the team. When reports are delivered (occasionally) they are insightful. The team is understanding of our frustrations (mainly with the platform) and do their best to find alternatives to address our requests. We also like the nice steak they take us for at Christmas. The platform/dashboard is too rigid and not flexible enough to facilitate our needs, thus we need to create custom reports on our own system/BI. It is my opinion that simple changes would greatly improve customer satisfaction and commercial insights (which ultimately improves commercial viability for both the user and CB911) . We often suggest technical improvements to the platform but it is implied that we shouldn't waste our time asking as they would likely never be implemented. This in comparison with our gateway, who are open to customisations and can accommodate reasonable suggestions in good time, which assists everyone in enhancing overall profitability. Amendments and new contracts also take a long time, which is frustrating. Reports have to be manually requested instead of scheduled. And we also need to manually request credits from CB911 instead of being issued them automatically, which we find slightly questionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
