**What do you like best about Chargebacks911?**

CB911 has given me time back to focus on in store customer experience to help prevent chargebacks in the first place. Their customer portal is easy to navigate and see what chargebacks they have submitted. Their team has been so easy to work with, we have not had any issues getting in contact with them. In the short time we have been using them, they have increased our win rate!

Set up took awhile to get into a flow for what we were needing .

more prompt interaction with alert services when disputing incorrectly sent prevention alerts (duplicates, declined transactions, etc)

**What problems is Chargebacks911 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re currently working through issues enrolling our descriptors in prevention alert services (Ethoca, CDRN, RDR). We’re getting rejections because some of those descriptors appear to already be enrolled elsewhere. Once this is resolved, it should help our company reduce chb quantities and stabilize our chb ratio.

In instances where our representative was unable to address our questions, they have been exceptionally helpful in directing us to the appropriate department that can assist with our concerns.

We encountered a minor issue with our MIDs and Descriptors; however, it is my understanding that this was not an error on CB911's part.

The customer support provided is exceptional. I have worked with several vendors in the industry and Chargebacks911 is the leader in the space by far. They are great at educating and guiding you if needed. They don't feel like a vendor, but rather, a partner who is there to ensure your success. Their knowledge from years of operating and being successful in the space is ahead of all others.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use. There is very little guess work needed on figuring out how the platform operates. This follows just how easy integration is as well.

I don't have anything negative to say about the platform currently.

Great chargeback management tool! 
They are the only "full-service" tool that truly guides you along the way, very helpful and friendly people to work with. Effective chargeback management, a nice-looking dashboard. We were amazed by the onboarding team and how easy they made the onboarding process for us. Our success manager went above and beyond for us also, overall a great experience and should we need chargeback management in the future, I know exactly who we;re going with.

**What do you dislike about Chargebacks911?**

I wish the dashboard would a bit more user-friendly, as some of the things there are not self-explanatory, and it took us some time to figure out how it all works, with a good amount of questions going to our rep.

Taking the pain away knowing we're never hitting the chargeback thresholds ever again.

**What do you like best about Chargebacks911?**

We enjoy the personable approach and the strong relationship we have with our AM and the rest of the team. When reports are delivered (occasionally) they are insightful. The team is understanding of our frustrations (mainly with the platform) and do their best to find alternatives to address our requests. We also like the nice steak they take us for at Christmas.

**What do you dislike about Chargebacks911?**

The platform/dashboard is too rigid and not flexible enough to facilitate our needs, thus we need to create custom reports on our own system/BI. It is my opinion that simple changes would greatly improve customer satisfaction and commercial insights (which ultimately improves commercial viability for both the user and CB911) . We often suggest technical improvements to the platform but it is implied that we shouldn't waste our time asking as they would likely never be implemented. This in comparison with our gateway, who are open to customisations and can accommodate reasonable suggestions in good time, which assists everyone in enhancing overall profitability. Amendments and new contracts also take a long time, which is frustrating. Reports have to be manually requested instead of scheduled. And we also need to manually request credits from CB911 instead of being issued them automatically, which we find slightly questionable.

They host several informational webinars, and along with speakers who are very knowledgeable about chargebacks and risk mitigation.

There is nothing to dislike. The speakers on those webinars cover every possible scenario as it relates to chargebacks.

I look at each transaction in debt as it relates to verification before approval. I have a reduction in chargebacks.

**What do you like best about Chargebacks911?**

We are considered a high risk merchant and need a high risk merchant account, because of this charge backs are under more scrutiny on our account. Chargebacks 911 helps us to manage track, and avoid charge backs in our business. They also send tools every month that help keep me up to date on the laws, and regulations behind payments and charge backs in each state. We do business all over the United States and therefore need to be in the know for all of the states we are working in. We have been able to minimize the amount of charge backs with the help of Chargebacks 911!

**What do you dislike about Chargebacks911?**

I do wish they had more offerings to help with ACH charge backs, but I do understand that is more of a banking industry and payment problem than Chargebacks911's. ACH payments can be reversed up to 90 days after it is made, and there is not much a merchant can do about it. Chargeback911 does offer some tips on keeping clients happy and giving a money back guarantee  in hopes of heading off these charge backs, but as I stated before there is little they can do that I am aware of. 

**Recommendations to others considering Chargebacks911:**

I definitely recommend for all high risk merchants or online retailers. Charge backs are a problem but Chargebacks911 can help.

We are solving the biggest problem most i line, and high risk companies face....CHARGE BACKS. Chrgebacks911 describes this as friendly fraud. Clients receive a service or product and then charge back the payment. Before Chargeback911 we just assumed we had to live with these, but know we are utilizing their tools to keep charge backs low, and have learned how to combat charge backs before and after they happen.
