What do you like best about ChannelMix?

The software contains integrations with most major online marketing and analytics platforms, and the team has been helpful in developing integrations or workarounds for those not yet built in. Dashboards are highly customizable to be able both monitor PPC spend and to show data to internal stakeholders and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChannelMix?

The logistics of the onboarding process can take a while to get fully set up and running. Dashboards refresh by default once a day, so it can be difficult to see changes in real time unless a manual refresh is requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChannelMix?

The blend of automation with a support ticket system makes Channelmix a powerful and flexible platform and partner. It allows us to get the exact views we need with our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChannelMix?

Sometimes support tickets (even simple ones) run two weeks to completion. Not always the case though, sometimes they are finished within a day or two. When it does happen it can push deadlines out further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChannelMix?

The way it aggregates all of the data from a variety of disparate sources together in a cohesive fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChannelMix?

While the greatest strength, mentioned above, is that it mixes the results together very well, it doesn't have all available data when necessary. For example, in some platforms, you have multiple types of "clicks" and all of them are- by default - turned into a single column. Ideally, all sources would be merged when appropriate but at times when a data source has other similar metrics available, it would be best if those columns were also available all the time. What problems is ChannelMix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've automated our reporting such that we can focus on content rather than manually pulling data. The biggest hurdle we faced was we had tons of custom reports and channelmix has largely allowed us to move away from that tmodel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChannelMix?

Alight is a fantastic tool to upload and analyze data. Users can compile big data sets into dashboards. This is very helpful for when clients want to know how an ad is performing but don't necessarily want to get deep into the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do want Alight to find a way to target specific demographics. In this era of marketing, it is so essential advertisements get to the correct user who needs the product or service. Without this capability, we're shooting in the dark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChannelMix?

We have been able to completely transform our analytics processes and create standardizations and consistencies where we would have never been able to otherwise. Having the ability to automate all of our digital reporting and solve internal challenges like pacing has been a gamechanger for us, as the teams can now spend more time actually generating insights and making optimizations that are meaningful. What do you dislike about ChannelMix?

I haven't run into any downsides with ChannelMix at this time. We were able to automate over 600 dashboard views in 1/2 the amount of time originally anticipated due to increased efficiencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ChannelMix:

Don't be afraid to take the leap! It has been the best decision my organization has made to partner with ChannelMix. They have dedicated support that tackles issues and requests quickly, and the product is above any other that I have used in the past. What problems is ChannelMix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solved problems around internal efficiencies by partnering with ChannelMix to handle the aggregation for us. It allowed for us to have automated refreshes of our data and to roll out dashboards that would not have been sustainable otherwise. Additionally, we now are less concerned with data integrity since we have removed the human component of aggregation across platforms.

The benefits are shown in revenue, with over 200% increase in revenue the first year for analytics alone, and in time spent, with the teams now shifting to spend 85% of time on insights and optimizations vs. manual aggregation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
