One of the things I like the most is the ease of implemetation - getting started just takes dropping a tag into your tag manager. But the more channels you connect - CRM, ad channels, paid content channels, the more insight you get. There's not much to dislike beside the fact that the problem it solves is a bit nuanced. For people on the front lines who are making daily decisions about channel mix, it's obvious. But for people who are further away from it, it takes a bit of time and exposure for them to really grasp. Channel99's analytics tool has provided very strong results in our intial tests with them. Their ability to resolve anonymous traffic at the account level is significantly better than what we've seen with other vendors.
