The ease of management around a variety of different programs and varying rules set up for each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The backend of it, that we manage is a bit 'aged'. It works well but is just not the most visually appealing. THe latest upgrade has worked well, and looks much better than before when it comes to the menu etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is highly customizable to fit your needs. The logistical capabilities of their platform are impressive as well. They also have excellent support to help address the problems you are trying to solve. I do also like the heavy integration capabilities the organization has. At the moment we have a SFDC connection with them. The portals and dashboards also sit within our partner portals very well embedded to where the partner does not realize they are using a separate tool within the partner portal. It does take a while to implement changes but this may be due to our highly customized use cases. Their support team could have a slightly faster response time as well. Also the tool could use a bit of an image Other than that, it really is a great experience working with them. I would still reccomend them despite these minor challenges. I like how accessible everything is, it is easy to navigate and everything you are looking for is only 1/2 clicks away and if I ever do have any trouble the team is always happy to help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our experience with Channel Mechanics has been overwhelmingly positive. We went through a fairly extensive RFP to select them and have been rewarded with a product that works well and with success reps who are incredible to work with. Naturally this is a younger product and therefore lacks some complexities and sophistication. However, we have found that the team is committed to product improvement and growth, so even this is not much of a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is easy to use, most of the things I have to do there are intuitive. But for me the highest point is the customer support, the team responsible for Zendesk's support is super helpful, they answer fast and are always very patient even when they need to explain me something for the 3rd time. I have been facing an error message when trying to log in as a partner user, that sometimes delays my work but nothing very impactful. There could also be a possibility of adding 2 approvers on the same level for a request (in case of PTOs and shared partner management). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Channel Mechanics Team is a dream team! Kieren, Jerome, and Maciej are fantastic and provide great service. Our primary use of Channel Mechanics is through our SFDC integration to load Orders. It's easily customisable and the availability of options are vast. Comparing it with local and other PRM , Channel Mechanics serve all the needs of their customers as well as all the support are addressed in a more precise manner. We are using it vastly for MDF's and SPIFF's. Rebates are the most useful. The customer support is one of the best. Yes it's a new product, but the amount of options and versatility gives it a heads-up. We purchased it with a demo and everyone loves the output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
