The best part of my Channel Mechanics experinece was the assistance provided by our Customer Success Manager - Cian who was very knowledgeable and provided quick responses to any problems I encountered.
Another element wich was particulary great was the ease of use of the system when setting up the courses and quizzes in the Program Configuration. The channel mechanics intergation was simple. Single Sign On (SSO) with our own portal provider was easy and channel mechanics team did this quickly and efficiently. the platfrom was a little limited in terms of use and visibility of certain data. we had a lot of whitespace when considering a seamless passthrough fom our own branded portal to channel mechanics portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PRM support us to work better with our business partner, understand their necessities. It allows us to structure our internal processes in a smooth way. The colleagues of Channel mechanics have a deep knowledge and an excellent understanding of the business, which enabled an easy and quick implementation. Our journey started from a Demo and ended at buying the software for 3 years at once. Thats how much inspired and impressed we were from the product capabilities and the mind blown support. Finally we implemented it into out organisation. Also, i want to mention the problem solving metric was why we onboarded this tool. As we deal globally, we have a lot of partners/agents/sub-agents/master partners. It was difficult to manage each one of them thats where Channel Machanic's came to the rescue. Now with each customer information that we have in our CRM, an added field of partner information is not a bad deal. Dealing with these many partners was a big hectic task in our day to day lives. PRM has a partner portal where we have uploaded all the required documents, videos, training guides and materials, sales brochures, support documentation etc. Thats how we have saved loads of time in giving by giving training and learning to our partners throught his tool that earlier we used to give manually. It helps us in creating multiple transactional opportunities, gaining new customers, measuring sales while applying the necessary discounts through incentives, rebates or credits at the back end. And the most important part is the way it eases the work of Rebate management by giving us the insights on volume rebates, sales rebates, purchasing rebates and Growth rebates.

The pre-built structure allowed us to quickly build the framework for our Deal Registration process. Having different components allowed us to foicus on the existing needs while setting us up to build out our Partner Portal over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Awaiting for weekly catch ups to discuss gaps whereas prefer email updates within X time frame - usually because the follow up steps require other colleagues and rather get the fix implemented.
Some updates require more than 8 weeks which I think is undeseraible.

The existing system has limitations that impact the accurate display of country-level discounts under each program. Specifically, the system struggles with the following issues:
Inaccurate Discount Application: Due to current system constraints, discounts may be incorrectly zeroed out or not displayed at all. This issue arises from inherent program-level limitations in how the system processes and applies discount information at the program level. But discounts may be applied differently at the country level.
Lack of Country-Level Visibility: The system's design does not support the detailed visibility required for country-specific discount displays. As a result, users may encounter scenarios where discounts are either not applied (zero discount) or not shown (see your distributor), leading to potential discrepancies in pricing and reporting.

Due to the simplicity of the platform and the assistance we received from Ronan, our dedicated customer success manager, we implemented the first phase of our new partner program in less than two months, allowing partners to sign-up, register leads, and access content all from one location.
