What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

The partnership with ChangeEngine is seamless: I think of our reps as extensions of my team. Their communication is thoughtful, matches our style and culture, and is timely and relevant. When one of my leadership peers realized we were using them as a communication partner, they were astounded since all communications is truly in our voice. We've been able to proactively create communications that are engaging and compelling. We also save so much time not only drafting the communication, but also having it to be very consistent in terms of its voice. It is an essential tool for our HR team. The platform truly replaces a full headcount. I'm able to create dynamic, timely, and thorough communication for any purpose, from benefit enrollment, to on boarding, to how we celebrate a holiday. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

Designing branded content takes a lot of time, having Change Engine take the lead on that has made our lives so much easier! Also having automated moments has made sending out communications so much easier and has really improved our onboarding process! They have helped us set up automatic communications to our upcoming hires based on where they arein the process so our new team members feel they have support every step of the way and answers to any questions they might have. They have helped us with so many projects: company newsletter, handbook, company cookbook, and many more projects that have made a difference in how we communicate with out global team. I have never used a service like this before - I wish I knew about them sooner! On the back end,it's also nice to know you have CE team to support you. Their response time is great, and they always make you feel like a priority. We rely on them anytime we need something branded, so we're working with them almost every day. What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have really helped close the gap on not having enough communication. Sometimes that can fall on the backburner when things get chaotic, so being able to preplan and schedule send announcements has been really helpful. The ability to map certain moments based on dates has also been extremly helpful. We no longer have to set reminders to send out onboarding surveys or birthday/anniversary messages. All of that set in CE so our team members always have what they need on time. Streamlining and removing the manual processs has taken stress off and made sure our team has what they need. As a Benefits Manager in the US, I have had the pleasure of working with Change Engine, and I can confidently say that their services have significantly improved our company's employee engagement and communication.

Change Engine has automated several key processes for us, including sending out emails to new hires and follow-up emails, which has streamlined our onboarding process. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

ChangeEngine has been a game changer for us in how we communicate with our field. Prior to implementing the platform there was a lot of reliance on the managers of our properties to get information out which is not always easy with everything they have to accomplish. With ChangeEngine we are able to access our entire portfolio of employees quickly and efficiently. On top of that they provide us metrics to know how effective we are in reaching our team members. They have been great about braingstorming new ways to use the platform now that we have most of the basic systems up and running. We have implemented programs in onboarding, regognition, manager check ins, off boarding, and use the platform for monthly wellness communications as well. The platform is easy to use and my partners at ChangeEngine quickly turn around any projects I request. They have been fantastic to work with. ChangeEngine is a "force multiplier" for our small internal comms team. The platform is super easy to use. We have access to templates that are customizable, and automation and scheduling features that really streamline work processes. Templates and content are great quality and very professional. What we find to be the best part about ChangeEngine is their PEOPLE! Service levels are above and beyond. We handed over the content and the CE designed it for us -- which was a HUGE timesaver for our tream. We are getting postivie feedback and look forward to producing our next issue.
