We like the way we can customise our process flows without the need of external developers. It's very easy to build automated flows without the need of coding experience. We have automated a lot of processes which we wouldn't be able to do with our previous system.

We struggle getting support when some flows fail due to custom built processes that was built for the original Certinia consultants
User interface is good but clanky at times, pages do not load quickly
