What do you like best about Celonis?

What do you like best about Celonis?

ETL is an essential component of any data pipeline. ETL stands for extract, transform, and load, and I appreciate how it takes unorganized data and refines it, making the data clean and providing proper context. "Celonis is the future of process mining"

What do you dislike about Celonis?

The biggest problems of celonis are the following. The first one has to do with the support, sometimes we have bugs or problems with celonis that we cannot solve and celonis support takes a lot of time to really help and solve the problems, additionally o give them information about the problem and they keep asking for the same information over and over again. The second problem is how slow celonis gets, we have already open tickets about it but they cannot give as an explanation or a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Celonis?

I find the user-friendly environment and ease of use of Celonis extremely valuable, making it accessible even for non-technical users. The analysis feature is particularly useful, as is the case-centric backend setup. It effectively solves problems across multiple process areas, and the scope of development is impressive compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celonis?

I dislike the presence of useless functionalities like the OCPM, which has recently been implemented but is very buggy and lacks specific required features. Additionally, the new views implemented on the front end are not useful at all, and the previous analysis options were more beneficial.
