I think everyone notes Celonis's advantages over its competitors. The main advantage for me is the ability to solve a problem with optimal time and effort expenditure. Working with Celonis, I am focused on the result of my work, on the value that I want to bring to the customer, and not on how I can configure this or that function in the system. The biggest problems of celonis are the following. The first one has to do with the support, sometimes we have bugs or problems with celonis that we cannot solve and celonis support takes a lot of time to really help and solve the problems, additionally o give them information about the problem and they keep asking for the same information over and over again. It shows the process flow graph and various process flows which can be analysed to draw in deepth insights which isn't possible using traditional data visualization tools like tableau or powerBI.
