To be honest .once i staerted to work on microsoft power automate i never gone with any other automation tools.It’s easy to use and implenmet the flows, and I can automate my daily tasks, which is very helpful. It’s also easy to integrate with multiple tools, and the available automation templates help me save time so I can focus more on thinking through and implementing additional tasks. I really enjoy using Microsoft Power Automate because it's extremely simple to use. The setup process was extremely easy, taking just a couple of minutes to get the workflow up and running. What stands out to me is the seamless connection from Microsoft Teams to Azure, which I find very simple and easy to use. I also like using it with Azure, Teams, and Outlook, as these integrations work perfectly for my needs as a software quality engineer. Making data transformations is not simple. There are some functions to use, but it would be much easier if data values could be processed through Python or a similar script. Also running operational commands on a workstation or server can be cumbersome with the additional work of configuring a local PA Desktop platform with a secondary flow.

I think it's the part of variable coding within actions. It's not always intuitive and sometimes knowing DAX or HTML is not enough. Rather, you have to experiment. What I highlight the most is its native integration capability with the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem, which is what we use here in the company. Sometimes, debugging complex flows can be a bit tedious because error messages are not always specific and I have to track down where the error is. Sometimes it tells me where the errors are, but many other times it doesn't. It obviously helps automate many daily tasks. I use it a lot for its scheduled reminders to notify different channels, chat groups and mail groups, as well as with the incoming webhook connector.
