"Great Rates, User Friendly Portal"

What do you like best about CardConnect?

We switched from our previous card processor to CardConnect after doing a cost analysis and using CardFellow to compare processors. The rates were as promised which was much better than our previous company. Also the portal is extremely user friendly and much more helpful than the two other portals I have used with previous processors. It's very simple to run transactions, get reports, manage users, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CardConnect?

We've had some issues with their CardPointe gateway on our website where the connection times out before the card is processed. At this point we still haven't been able to determine if it's the CardConnect service causing the problem or something else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CardConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for better rates, which we got. We were actively looking for a better portal experience but we definitely got that as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
