CandorIQ Pros and Cons

What I like best about CandorIQ is the ability it gives me to synthesize disparate information into an easy to use platform. It also unlocks easy collaboration and enablement across the business on compensation which in itself is super valuable. The uplift and ease of execution the product provides for annual adjustments, compensation benchmarking, compliance monitoring, and overall compensation maangement is unmatched. The downside of CandorIQ is like any new product its feature depth is still improving. But given how new the product is I honestly am impressed with where they are right now. I had to think hard about what I dislike about it so I think that says something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A one-shop tool for all your compensation and merit cycle needs. CandorIQ's team was incredibly responsive to both feedback and collaborative with feature requests. They built and implemented requested features quickly and kept us in the loop along the way, ensuring both their service and platform was personalized and met our company's needs. We are relatvely new to the CandorIQ platform, and there isn't currently anything that would turn us away from using the tool moving forward. The only thing to bear in mind is that the tool is relatively new, and as such there is constant refinement and updates. If something you need is missin, talk to the team.
