When looking for a new tech platform to empower our franchisees and partners to quickly find, customise, and consistently create on-brand marketing materials, Pica9 was the obvious choice.
I like so many of the CampaignDrive features:
- Web-based platform with cross-platform access (via desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile) which supports our standard typography, fonts, logos and brand guidelines
- Multiple editable template formats, including digital graphics (e.g. social media posts, web banners), artwork for print and production (e.g. flyers, banners, signage) and HTML email templates.
- Automatic content generated to make templates franchisee specific
- Real-time editor interface which provides previews of the content
- Link directly to print supplier for ordering, fulfilment, payment and delivery
- Access to a media library of brand-approved non-editable resources (guidelines, logos, images, videos)
- Multi-language – support all languages and character sets
- Usage reporting - see a visual breakdown of marketing asset use and behaviours
Pica9 is a great company to work with. They are knowledgeable and attentive to their customers and deliver on their promises. There aren't many downsides. I don't dislike anything about Pica9 or CampaignDrive.
I thought that the fact that they were based in the USA and we are in the UK would be a problem, but I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations. They respond super quickly and clearly.

Our organization migrated to CampaignDrive by Pica9 a year and a half ago. and it's been a vast improvement for our clients and our internal marketing team. Campaign Drive it is a powerful tool in which you can provide a wide array of materials to agents and staff working on the field, so they can customize marketing collateral with their contact information. My preferred option was the ability that the tool to customize different type of fields as language, images and headlines.
Campaign Drive serves a lot of purposes and avoid the extra step between Marketing and the Sales Team in requesting materials.
