I have worked with Pica9 for seven years while with Marriott International. They make it easy to build professional landing pages that meet our company’s standards. It’s a very easy to use tool … and pages (and updates) go live in minutes. Plus, their tech support is second to none. You don’t always see that with vendors such as this. Scrolling through pages on Pica9 takes forever, difficult when trying to look through an entire library of hundreds of assets when you can only see like 12 at a time. Difficult to search for images on the software. Not an easy/ intuitive user experience, older people at our company especially struggle with this platform. Dislike that it can't host video content when a lot of our company's content is mp4 files. I am a Director of Operations for a small nonprofit, and needed to get up-to-speed on how best to make changes to documents that are used by over 250 race sites nationwide. Anytime I have a question about needed changes or ask for additional training, the Pica9 staff is extremely helpful and quick. The creative template function, while nice to have, is not the most user friendly. I often get complaints about the creative template side and where buttons are located. It streamlines our workflow and makes it easier to store and find our digital brand assets. It's easy to use, even for colleagues who are not especially tech savvy.
It makes my life much easier as Group Marketing Manager as I'm safe in the knowledge that the collateral my colleague are creating always uphold our brand standards.

Working with customer service has been easy, and I appreciate their responsiveness and helpfulness. They are adaptive to their clients' needs and are familiar with our systems and staff, which makes working with them a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about the system is that there is no way to only turn on notifications for specific document or program requests. I receive emails every time someone is added to the system and requests documents, even when they are not requesting them from my program, so it sometimes clogs up my inbox.
