What do you dislike about Callbox?
There were a number of no-shows to the appointments we initially started setting up but we worked together to minimize the occurrences and as the program matured, the no-shows all but stopped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering Callbox:
Do a proof of concept and be very involved in the script and graphic design work. Also we had a lot more success when we narrowed down the audience we were reaching out to and had a very specific offering instead of a general offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Callbox solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating sales opportunities for my sales team. With our product being as technical as it is, it was very helpful to allow our sales team to focus on selling the product to qualified customers.
